Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

These despicable human beings are exactly why immigration needs to run through this entire establishment and tear it down to the ground! The Mexican cook there had a petty spat with me over the price of an item that I always purchase, and when he was told he was in fact in the wrong, he went over, cooked my order and SPAT IN MY FOOD!! I literally became ill when I recognized an odd color and texture in my carne asada fries. These people are worthless. They're ungreatfull. They never smile, and they treat people rudely. When I complained to the female lead, she smiled wickedly at me and insisted I "have a great day". Finally, the owner Jose is a toad and a spineless coward who admitted that his employees behaved improperly, then renigged on his offer for a free meal on the house. These people are scum and as a customary practice will spit in anyone's food that they don't like for any disturbed reason, due mainly to their undocumented inferiority complex. Call immigration on these people, let a REAL American business profit and thrive in this location. Any smart business competitor would be wise to do so. Enjoy your food... wondering in the back of your mind if some reptile hawked a giant loogi in your burrito. It's not worth it. Go somewhere else. Proud American...

Some of them are nice but this night on march 8th 2023 at 12:53am 1st off they made me wait on the ph for 6 min to put a pick up order they said it was really busy. Which by that time I was already there. I get there not 1 car in the drive thru and 1 person inside.If that’s busy I can imagine if they were busy for real.Then when the girl takes my money I was tellin her what I wanted on the side then she slams the window in my face in mid explanation. So when she comes to give me my order I tell her can I get lime and salt to finish what I was trying to say she says it’s in there. Then no salt so I waited again till she finally looked at me and she opened the window again. Then I said can I get salt. She finally gives it to me then when I drive off the burrito was not even wrapped it was in the bag unwrapped so a lot of the stuff came out the burrito. I was so angry but if I woulda went back it would’nt have been good. So that’s why I’m writing this review. Now we know there are a ton of these all over Vegas!! I am from San Diego and didn't really patronize them when I lived there due to there being so many other great choices for Mexican food. But since I have been here, I have been eating at Roberto's pretty regularly. I have gone to several locations and there are 3 that are personal favorites because of customer service, quality and quantity of food based on pricing, and cleanliness of the interior of the restaurant. This is not one of them. The quality is not always good, the service is not always good, and although it is located inside of a gas station, it is not always clean. My food is often times greasy or sloppily made because they are in a rush....yuck!! I stopped going to this location for a few years because of this. I went recently because I was in the area, hungry, and hoping they had changed....NOPE!!! I ordered Nachos Al Pastor and they were not great. The chips were cold and the meat hadn't been cooked long enough and had a ridiculous amount of fat. This location is not...
