Because of Subways commercials and spokespeople(they wouldn't lie) we decided to give them another try. When clerk was done I asked about the 5050bogo, he didn't know, clerk came from back and she said do you have the app to scan on your phone, I replied didn't bring my phone not to mention don't know how to do the scan download. She literally put the soap in her hand then rinsed it off her hand without moving it around to the rest of her hands and even after explaining that I needed her to show extra attention to clean gloves after she just served tuna to another customer because I am deathly allergic and she can kill me, she still wouldn’t wipe down or pull out a piece of paper that hasn’t touched the tuna. However, the team has no idea what the program is about and make up excuses when they don't know how to swipe the card to register the purchase points. When the manager is not present - which is often - they simple don't know what to do! In addition, there is an English translation barrier and you often have to repeat what you say.
