So, the first part of my experience here was absolutely terrible. They guy who was taking my order clearly was new and had absolutely no training. Took him a good 8 miss to even start my order. Then, they did false advertising. I posted a Pic to show. He couldn't find it, so i asked for a manager. Issac was the manager. Extremely rude and disrespectful. How he was ever made management is a wonder. I told him I would like the 2 for 5 double croissantwich. He told me there was no such thing. I told him it was on his menu. He told me directly no it's not." I asked him to turn around and look on the menu directly behind him, where it showed 2 for 5 dollars. He turns around looks and says oh that's wrong and continues to give me an attitude. At first, he was arguing with me about giving it to me for that price. I asked him so you do false advertising then. He got upset and said fine ill drop one dollar."" It's still not the deal posted, but I went along with it. I then paid and asked him if I could get his gm contact information or for corporate office info. He straight told me no! He then proceeded to say if you want their number, I'll just give your money back, and you won't get any food. So what is it you want.your food. I said yes. HE then states I thought so." It's people like Issac who get small business to lose so much money and have good customers never come back. HE looked a mess very sloppy and un professional. I called corprate and a very nice lady named Cherella. Who is the GM. She was very professional and promised to address the situation now If she really does, we will have to wait and see how the next trip is. Read moreAfter a long and stressful day, my guy and I were craving some delicious scrumdiddlyumptious Ice cream cones, only to be told by the employee managing the drive-thu that they were closed ! ? ! ? How poposturus and absurd from their part. It states that their business hours are from 6am-12am. It was only 11:04pm when we arrived to the establishment. How is it possible that these poor minimum wage teenagers can't prepare two exquisite ice cream cones for us ? ? ? Consider giving these people proper training and perhaps a raise. That way they can actually try doing their job ? ? ? I'm at beyond disappointed, I have been downhearted by the king. And not just any king, THE Burger King. You have 12 hours to reconsider what you guys done to us. We are seeking compensation, therapy for the emotional and mental damage this experience has given us. And on top of that unlimited ice cream cones for the rest of our lives, that also includes out kids, grand kids, great grandkids including all of our generations to come. If you don't respond within those 12 hours you best believe a lawyer is going to be showing up to headquarters. Thank you for your time but not for your business :(

Read moreMy kids and I only eat breakfast here anymore. But on the last three visits of notice that they're not open when they say they should be. Management your door says that they open their doors for breakfast at 6:00 a.m. I've been there three times in the last month and not once have they been open at 6:00 a.m.
The last time I stayed at the drive-thru for almost 4 minutes asking if anybody was there and never got a response. So I drove around and parked and went inside the restaurant surprising to see that it was open. I waited about 4 more minutes before anybody even acknowledged that I was in the restaurant. I said hello and somebody responded back hello. I said can I get some help and somebody I couldn't see replied back we're working on the grill. Not sure where they need a grill at 7:00 in the morning. The food that I got was not even warm and I realized that it doesn't taste good when it's not hot. There used to be a fantastic crew of management and team members here that gave you great service and great food.
