Battle Blast Laser Tag — Attraction in Spring Valley

I hate leaving bad reviews. My experience here was so bad that I hope anyone thinking of going sees this.

There are some complaints about the arena itself and the gun set up. It was ok. It's a death match type game and I enjoyed it until the breathing problems started.

I'm highly allergic to mold. I do not have asthma. I'm a fitness instructor. I started wheezing half way through the ten minute game that we paid 32 dollars for. Either there was cat dander in the vents or the arena is moldy.

It wasn't until I took a Benadryl that I could breath again. My wheezing was so bad that my wife suggested a trip to the hospital.

The customer service could not have been worse. We called to reschedule. We were given a time to come. We had booked two games and we came in only to be told that they close soon and we could only do one game. Now, it's on us for not looking at the hours.

When we asked if we could get a refund, they declined. When I asked if we could schedule the second game for another day, they declined. When I asked if we could pay just for the one game, they declined. We had to pay 32 dollars, the price of two games, if we wanted to play one game.

The entire time they were extremely condescending. They blamed us for not showing on time when it was their staff who rescheduled us. We got told we were lying about our call to reschedule despite me showing my call history. We played without any instructions. We played for only ten minutes. The arena was filthy, the guns left dirt marks on my wife's hand, and I left having difficulty breathing.

I tried to stay positive for my wife's birthday, but no amount of positivity was going to make my wife's birthday evening enjoyable. After my Benadryl, I jogged 2 miles to get my wife some Ben and Jerry's just to burn off some steam. This place is awful. I own a small business. I know how hard it is, but...

↘️ First & foremost let me say THANK YOU to the WHOLE team. I hosted my son 11th Born-day SURPRISE party here . Lex was absolutely great!! Also Cooper, Zane, Bryce, Roy and I may have forgotten a few names. To my Host, the employees fixing the arcade games and the cashier, was just exceptional service. Not one person was rude or unkind. I was stressing with set up. Lex and the team came through! They offered help versus just looking and seeing me a lil frustrated. They were also PATIENT with me because Birthday Boy was 35 mins late due to wrong address 😩. It’s SCHEDULED TIMING! My anxiety was up because I wanted everything to be PERFECTO! -2 Tables came preset with plates and cups so it’s not necessary to purchase any, but we were GLOWED UP & LiT 🔥 was our theme. [CONS] ONLY 15 mins Set up time. Not ENOUGH time, felt rush-Guest were arriving and I wasn’t ready. (I love visualization & presentations on my investment while creating an enjoyable experience.) 2.PRICEY- Price was most definitely PRICING because 2 hours go fast. So in my opinion the price don’t equivalent to the time, but the LIFETIME memories we all got to create & CHERISH forever is priceless and made it worth it. Everyone had fun!! From the initial phone call to secure our party reservation, I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding customer service. The event planner I spoke with demonstrated a level of professionalism and organization that surpassed my experiences with other big corporate companies. Following the reservation, I promptly received a comprehensive confirmation and itinerary.

Upon arriving at the venue, the gentleman who assisted with our booking warmly greeted us, handled the check-in process, and guided us to our reserved tables. The venue itself, had a decent size arcade and we won a lot of plushies from their claw machines.

Despite our party being scheduled from 4 to 6, the venue maintained its cleanliness even into the later weekend hours. The laser tag experience catered to both adults and kids, and the attentive staff ensured everyone’s safety throughout.we have been to many other arcades where the teens are rough with our little ones but we didn’t experience that here at all. The pizza servings were notably generous; with a total of 5 adults and 5 kids, ordering 2 pizzas left us with almost an entire pizza untouched.
