On February 20th at 10:30 PM, I went to this salon for a pedicure appointment with family. I noticed the nail file bands didn’t appear to have been replaced. However, since the salon had a good reputation, I didn’t think much of it. The water looked clean, so I proceeded. During the pedicure, the nail tech cut deep into my big toenail on my left foot, also cutting into my cuticles and surrounding skin. My toe was slightly red, but there was no immediate pain, and when asked, I said I felt fine. A couple days later, I noticed that the same area of my toe was extremely red, swollen and painful, especially on the right side of my nail near the cuticle. At first, I tried cleaning the area, thinking it was just irritated, but when I pressed on it, pus gushed out. Over some days the area had worsened so bad that I couldn’t even put pressure to walk on it and had to visit a doctor on 02/27/25 where I was told I got a bacterial infection and prescribed antibiotics. The pain was so intense that I had to stay home from work. Finally, on March 3rd, I found the time and energy to drive all the way back to the salon to inform them of my experience and discuss a refund. Upon arrival, I was told that the manager, Kelly, was not there and that I would have to call her. I called her immediately, gave her a warm greeting, introduced myself, and began explaining my situation.Unfortunately, rather than listening or showing concern, Kelly repeatedly interrupted me. She dismissed my claims, insisting that infections can happen from “anything” and blaming the “dirt outside” or a random “cut” could have possibly caused it—which was absolutely not the case. I explained that I have never had an issue like this before. The infection developed right after my visit, in the exact area where the nail tech had cut and it’s all in my cuticle area. I tried not to digress, I offered to show her that I went, the prescriptions, even show her my toe to prove the severity of the infection but she continued giving me the runaround. She rudely told me that they service “hundreds of people” daily and have never had this issue before and that all of their tools are clean so “how could it be” that I had an infection from them. She also wanted to make it known that no one was at fault, not myself nor her salon and that “things just happen” in life and nobody knows for sure. At this point, I made it clear that I wasn’t trying to accuse them of health code violations or attack their business since she was in serious defense mode. I told her I simply wanted them to take accountability, be aware of the issue especially since my family and friends go there often. Instead of addressing my concerns, again,Kelly offered me another pedicure to which I declined, stating that I wasn’t asking for another service but that I wanted a refund for the service that led to my infection. She did end the conversation, saying she was dealing with a family emergency and would call me back. After the call, I returned inside, the front desk employee’s attitude completely changed. At first he seemed engaged, wanting to know her response but as soon as I told him she wasn’t taking responsibility, he became uninterested and dismissive. I asked if he at least knew when Kelly would be available in person so I could speak to her directly, but he shrugged and said, “She’s very busy. Comes and goes” and “ I just work here, I don’t know”. I tried to reassure him that I wasn’t blaming him personally, that nothing was his fault but he showed no more than a blank face, shaking his head. It was clear that no one at this salon was willing to take responsibility or even offer basic customer service. I left, of course. But not even a couple hours later, I got a call from a family member saying that Kelly was there and clearly frustrated, yelling at all the nail techs. Today is March 5th, and I have yet to receive a single follow-up call or text from Kelly. No apology. No accountability. I am not here to bash this salon—if you’ve had great experiences, that’s fantastic! As...
Read moreI’ve been looking for a new convenient nail salon where the service provides a welcoming vibe, and pampering that should be expected, especially for the price we pay and because I am a very generous tipper!! On my first visit I got a gel manicure, and fire cracker pedicure. The service felt rushed but the gel manicure and pedicure came out nice and on this occasion they actually listened to me when I asked for extra gel. Very little time or effort was put into cleaning up cuticles or a hand massage. I use my phone to listen in on their conversations which is something you and all establishments should take into consideration. I found it disturbing that the staff was discussing how poorly they’re paid and the shifts they have to work. I made sure to tip each person $20 each over the service price. My second trip was mid-week before noon and as I entered the salon workers were sitting in the lobby waiting area. There were no other clients to speak of and there was a man who assigned Tracy to do my nails. I don’t think she was very happy about being taken from her break. I told her I wanted my gel French tip with chrome and that I prefer extra gel. When she looked my nails over she asked if I had previously used hot gel and I told her no, just extra coats of gel to add strength to my nails. I can’t say there was any extra gel used and the application was bumpy with small bits of sand like grit that came through the surface layer in spots. Again, I tipped very well and Tracy said to ask for her next time I come in. By the third day my nails were already cracking, and the uneven lumps and small pieces of grit were driving me crazy so I called and asked for Tracy to fix my nails but the receptionist told me not to worry anybody else could take care of me. When I arrived at the salon I was asked to sit with a young girl directly next to Tracys station. She asked me what was wrong. I proceeded to explain that I wanted my nails redone, I didn’t like that they were not smooth, they were already cracking, and there was sand like scratchy spots. She appeared to be annoyed and I explained to her that I didn’t even care if I had to pay to get them done over again but that I didn’t like the way they were uneven. Then the girl next to her asked who did my nails and I told them both that it was Tracy and that I asked for her when I called. The young girl proceeded to drill off the gel and without asking or even listening to what I wanted, she proceeded to apply acrylic. At this point the vibe I got was not good and I just wanted it to be over with. When she was finished with my top coat she slopped oil on my cuticles and said “you’re done” as she proceeded to get up and walk away. I placed two $20 dollar bills on her work station and said thank you. She acted very unappreciative and disrespectful. Don’t you worry honey, you’ll never have my business again and I will make sure to let people know what to expect from your salon. I believe in showing my gratitude towards people who appreciate my business but the way I was treated tells me you don’t need new business, at least not mine and I’m ok with that. I’d rather spend my money where people smile, take their time, do good work, and convey a positive attitude. I’m certain there are several talented artists among the crew but I’m not willing to invest any more of my time or money GAMBLING to find out. Remember that your clients are listening to what you’re saying. Welcome to technology where you should consider saying nice things or don’t say anything at all. You didn’t do any better. I still have ridges, lumps, and I NEVER asked...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars to this place, I would period but Google only allows me to put one star. I do apologize ahead to the nail technicians that might read this because this place has really good acrylic nail technicians like Emily, Raven, Kathleen, and Madison, I’ve been coming to this place the entire summer as I’ve moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. It’s been very hard to find good nail tech and then I found 24/7 nailed and lashed. My initial experience wasn’t very good, but I kept giving it a chance because I consider myself not to be a picky customer But I also don’t like to be taken advantage of. I brought my mom over couple months ago and they took two hours to complete her pedicure and the technician that did her feet obviously wasn’t very knowledgeable of the pedicure packages or expectations that the customer has regardless of that kept coming. I found Raven who is an excellent acrylic technician and I found Madison who is an excellent pedicure and manicure technician. My mom found Emily who is an excellent pedicure and acrylic nail technician is outstanding and customer service even better than that. I called Thursday night 10/10/24 to see if they had availability for a pedicure and a full set. My normal Nails technician wasn’t there so I came in with the best attitude and with open mind given that I had a couple of good experiences prior to this appointment I was received and greeted by a nail technician whose name I don’t know, but she’s a much mature lady, she sat me down and she looked at my feet with concern and I did apologize and I told her that my calluses were very bad. And I told her my feet were very dry. In fact they were disgusting. I was very ashamed and I apologize for it. She said it was OK. She handed me over their menu and for the first time I chose the luxurious pedicure, which is $52 dollars. The luxurious pedicure includes nail trimming, cuticle removal, callus removal, Orange, scrub and jelly, clay, mask, hot stone, massage, hot towel, additional scrub, paraffin, wax, and a massage. It would be an additional $20 if gel color was expected. I let her do her job as I was on the phone. She didn’t seem very confident, but I thought maybe it was just my head playing games on me. She asked me for the color of my choice. I told her I wanted 79. She didn’t ask if I wanted to gel or regular she she just assumed that I wanna gel because I had jail on my toes. She took about an hour and a half half to do my feet Which is understandable because they were in pretty rough shape. She did my calluses first before anything using a cheese grater which scrubbed up, emptied the trash and came back and did the other side. Let her complete the service the service was was incomplete. But I didn’t say nothing hoping and expecting she would catch on. She paid my toenails and did like five coats three of the nail polish +3 on each side of the gel coat she kept cutting in trimming cutting and trimming and I told her you’re gonna do another coat? She said “ This is the topcoat this is needed”. When she finish, she grabbed her cuticle trimmer and cleaned it with the same towel that she was using to clean my feet and put it back in her little tray. I waited sitting down like for one minute or two and then she said...
