Read moreI tried this place for the very first time and there’s not so much to be surprised about, maybe the price I find it over priced. I had two eggs, hash browns, sausage patty and two pancakes with coffee, just an “normal” breakfast, and end up paying $30.99 with tip included. I was awarded of the price since the beginning, but I thought the food would blow my mind and that was not the case, it was just a NORMAL breakfast, nothing to make me think of coming back. Guys, keep in mind there are SO MANY breakfast restaurants in the Vegas valley, eggworks, stalks and yolks, etc, and they haven’t made me write a review like you guys did. I’m in the industry and low key, your food wasn’t good at all, and it took forever to arrive, my waitress Ashley was running around all the time, not sure if you are under staffed, but the restaurant wasn’t that busy either, the only reason I rated three stars is because there’s someone putting money in this business, and people depending on this place. But you guys need to upgrade your management and personal training, hope this is just a wake up call for ownership, this place has potential, but let’s be honest there’s a lot of places out there selling same as you guys. People comes back to a restaurant for two reasons, either the food is great or the customer service is, in your case, you have neither of them. I’m sorry to be honest.

Read moreI'm pretty picky about my breakfast places. So, I followed a referral from a friend. I'd been here before, when the previous breakfast place was here, but not since Pegs took over. Menu is fairly simple to read, all the usual suspects with a few surprises. I looked around at the other tables plates, to try and get an idea what was popular. But I was getting a lot of strange looks. One thing I did notice, was the size of the portions, which were HUGE. I opted for the safe bet, got the chicken fried steak, ordered grits instead of potatoes As predicted, plate was large but I was hungry. Steak was perfect. Plump and tender, I could easily cut it with a fork. Gravy was not the ordinary package mix gravy, tasted homemade with flavorful chunks of real sausage, lightly peppery. Eggs were perfect over-medium, grits were served in a large ramekin, which I didn't expect to be so large but ate it all, gratefully. Creamy and hot, cooked perfectly. My wife ordered the french toast, thick and fluffy, she ate hers with no syrup, just with the plentiful amount of whipped cream, she could only eat 2 out of 3 because she was full, luckily I had room and delightfully ate the 3rd. Fluffy and sweet, best French toast I've had in town. We will be back, this time, I plan to tackle the Skillet, a large portion of different ingredients served over potatoes in a LARGE...
