Trip tp Ubud , Bali Was my first trip to Asia.. I have known Cosmin for a few years now, and I was excited when I got across this opportunity to go with his yoga class to this amazing and very fascinating destination. I didn’t know what to expect from this completely new adventure in my life, but in the same time, I was extremely excited about the unknown and the mystery that were about to reveal. Although the flight was long and tiring It worth every single minute. What I was about to discover was absolutely spectacular and and unparalleled With any of other experiences that I have had. The location in the middle of the jungle was absolutely fabulous, clean, and serene. The staff is amazing tailored on anybody’s needs And Desires.. Although I’m not a vegetarian, the food was delicious and I had the opportunity to try various things that I never tried in my life. I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of the Indonesian people, the kindness and their Willingness to help and Share the beauty of their culture and country. Cosmin is an excellent organizer Everything that he had set up was exquisite and flawlessly Executed. The program and the activities that he designed were absolutely amazing and he managed to touch the essential of a very short encounter with the Indonesian culture.. I had an Amazing time over there and definitely is not gonna be the last time when I’m gonna revisit BALI with Cosmin.. He is very well connected with a lot of quality people and friends that altogether ensure the success of every single trip that is taking to this amazing part of the world. Sat Nam. I Am so grateful for RYK yoga and meditation center. it has been my saving grace in my awakening journey. Kundalini yoga was love at first sight for me. It was a technology I was looking for all my life. I did the teacher training in 2018 in order to dive deeper. Through the teachings, I gathered so much information that wasn't available elsewhere. But what was more valuable was how much it changed me for the better. I was able to shed so many layers that was no longer serving me. I was able to reprogram patterns that were destructive and outdated. I was able to look within myself and realize that all the answers to my questions have always been there. I was introduced to different kriyas and meditations that I can use to rewire my brain depending on the symptoms, whether it is fatigue, addiction, anger or connecting with the universe. I adapted a daily practice of Sadhana that allows me to face the day regardless of how it unfolds. I am so grateful for Yogi Bhajan for bringing this beautiful teaching to the western that is now spreading across the globe. I am so grateful for Cosmin and all the other beautiful teachers of RYK Yoga that continue to dedicate their time and energy in assisting others. I am so thankful for Tiaga and Corina for their ability to hold space, their love, and support during the training and on a regular basis. We are experiencing a huge paradigm shift on the planet and the only way we can make it through is by going inwards and do a deep cleansing. Kundalini Yoga is the perfect tool to do just do and more. Hi Cosmin- I truly LOVE all the yoga classes and the Full/New Moon Meditation classes that I've attended so far. You give out so much valueable information, little nuggets of gold is what I say to others when describing the info you share with the class. At times I feel that you are listening to my thoughts bc MANY times you will say and explain things that I've been thinking about during the day and I then say "yep another question answered"!

The reason for this email is to tell you that this particular Full Moon class touched my heart deeply. It's hard to explain all that I felt but i felt alive, like my soul deep within is finally able to fly up to the sky and my body is saying that I am ok, I am strong and that I will not sink to the bottom of the sea. I always thought I was strong but I guess a bit of me thought differently - until today. As I walked out of class I was thinking I am free to fly now, my soul was fed a beautiful bright light.

I want to say again thank you for EVERYTHING u have taught me so far. I am excited for what the future holds for me. Excited that I will one day be able to pass all that I know to others. I'm excited to breathe.

I may never be able to "pay you" for all you have given me but know that within my small world, I do give to others. I share what I've learned within my family. I dedicate my meditations to others who need peace. I guess it's called "paying it forward" and in time I will be able to give more.

So again, thank you for everything. Thank you for feeding my soul. Looking forward in receiving more "nuggets of gold" and I will see in class Tuesday night.
