Walking into this bar felt like a journey through time. I used to come here as a kid in the '90s, so seeing how it's evolved over the years was both nostalgic and exhilarating. The transformation is remarkable, and the current ambiance is welcoming and vibrant, a perfect blend of modern charm and memories of the past. I indulged in two appetizers and two entrées, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Alexis, our waitress, was absolutely stellar. She anticipated every need, asked all the right questions, and made sure that no request went unmet. Her attentiveness extended to my blind fiancée, whom the staff catered to with genuine care and thoughtfulness. It's rare to encounter such a high level of sensitivity and professionalism, and it made the evening truly special. Hannah, the bartender, was equally delightful. She guided us through their drink offerings with finesse, recommending cocktails that hit the mark perfectly. Her warm and engaging demeanor added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. And let’s not forget Joe, the cook, who stepped out from behind the scenes to personally recommend dishes. His knowledge and passion for the menu shone through, leaving me eager to explore more of the extensive options on future visits. The fantastic service didn't stop there. Beverly, one of the servers, has a great personality and makes you feel instantly welcome and taken care of. Carlos was also great, and Shaylene is a hoot and a holler! They all bring so much character and class to the place. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to create a memorable evening. This isn't just a bar—it's a place where exceptional service and genuine hospitality come together seamlessly. I can’t wait to return and discover even more hidden gems on their menu. Highly recommend for anyone craving great food, drinks, and an...
Read moreThis is the second time I've been there. Both times I ordered a burger. The bartender lady was so rude because she was adamant about me shorting her and when the manager got involved and I mentioned cameras she admitted her fault and didn't apologize. As if I was in the wrong And both times the bartenders treated me so rudely, I hate to assume that it's because I'm Mexican, there's only white customers and employees, and I come in with my snapback hat that's dirty because of drywall and paint.Today ( 3/10/25 ) I handed the lady 21 bucks ( in one ten, two fives, and a one) so I can get a 20 back. Tipped her $1 just to give me a flat twenty( mind you nobody tips to get change). I tipped the server girl too 5 bucks just for bringing me a burger. I think this place is racist towards Mexicans because both times I bought food, gambled, and no other white man in there was treated like I was. They even put the marker on the one dollar bills that I didn't hand them, and then she apologized because I got the manager involved and I never handed her those ones. Idk how dumb she thinks...
Read moreBeen here multiple times with my boyfriend. Always come here straight from work to try to make it in time as I work across town. Usually only able to get here and wearing a green work shirt. Got kicked out today by customers! The customers were so rude and told me where we could sit. Been sitting there for 2 SEASONS now in the same spot wearing the SAME thing every single time and all the sudden there are problems just today. If you are going to have rules, apply them fairly, and all the time. Apparently this business let's the customers kick out other customers and be extremely rude to them. Then later on, SEVERAL people NOT wearing eagles gear sit in there and they don't kick them out!! Never coming back here again. The servers are nice but the atmosphere sucks and the customers are awful. The bar is also now charging YOU the customer for their cable bills. 3 dollars per customer. Find a better bar to go to as an Eagles fan....
