Taco Bell — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I once gave this place 4 stars. Not anymore. I order from this location on a weekly basis if not more. 4 of my Mobile orders have had missing items in the last month. Today, I was missing chips and nacho cheese, an entire quesalupa, and one beef queasalupa they made without the quesa part, it was a chalupa. This was an uber eats order, but they also have missed multiple mobile orders I went to pick up myself. Once missing my queassadilla, once missing an entire value meal other then a pepsi. I hope the consistent issue with missing food items is addressed because I used to work in fast food, and too me it feels like someone is either stealing or extremely bad at their job of counting items in the order. I will give the management credit for calling me and giving me a store credit for the missing quesadilla last week, but a true apology would be making sure this stops being such a consistent issue. Seriously... 4 times in 4 weeks come on. Honestly charging someone for something they aren't getting is theft, and I hope it isn't being done intentionally but at the current rate of occurrences it's hard to not think that.

And the uber eats delivery receipt doesn't have the survey code or store number on it so you can't complain on the survey lol....

I like to see a lot of young adults working hard but the way they move they take their sweet time, everyone is confused and leadership lacks. The kitchen is absolutely horrendous and someone needs to do a line sweep. Other than that they have friendly staff but the manager on shift right now needs some serious work before she can run a floor on her own and Food Champs need more practice to become more confident and efficient. Another thing, when delivery drivers come they need to service people in the order they were recieved as time is money. Fulfilling orders to people who order after the delivery order takes money away from drivers and thats not ok. They are wasting peoples time and money!!!! I ordered inside so there is no reason why drive thru is making my order taking...

Me and my friends were walking from school to Taco Bell for some water. It was 100 degrees and we were all wearing jeans. We went into Taco Bell and asked for 2 cups of water. I hear the man that assisted me say “2 cups of water” we waited, so long. Dying of sweat, thirst, and I know that they tend to turn of the soda machine. I’m telling you right now. I do not care about the soda. It was 100 degrees, all of us in jeans, and no water. I’m still trying to understand why we were denied service. We order at about 2:16 , stayed there until 2:32 when my mom picked me up. Why were we denied service ? You know how hot it is in Las Vegas? Plus walking from my school to home.
