Spoke with the Supervisor "Garry" who could care less about any customer service and said as much and tried to compare themselves to Golden Arches. Good luck! They are trying to cut cost by not putting anything in your bag except the Chicken you have ordered and have to ask for everything and make sure even after you ask. This happen 12/28/13. I guess from the bad comments way back when they could still care less. They must make enough money to chase people away as I won't go there to any of them since this owner has 8 of them in this city. All with same way of thinking. I hope he chokes on his chicken! This was terrible "NO customer service". I see they got a 5 start, His mother or wife must have given that feed back because I so no comment of how good they did. It would have been a lie anyways and that fast food place is nuts if they think they are worth a grain of salt. Even the person helped me and said "Sorry" for not putting the stuff I needed inside but it was the managers who handed me the bag with nothing in it. Ole Garry says they want people to make comments but from his answers, when he ran out of excuses they or he could really care less what you write or call. Just be warned. Thanks Garry, The Manager training coach! If one person chooses not to eat there because of this review I saved them the trouble and for a company who will not give out anything without requests you sure serve a lot of free B.S....
Read moreThis particiular outlet is consistently undermanaged and, apparently, understaffed. If more than one individual is ordering or buying, expect a 10-15 minute wait to order. I asked for a very simple order with extra biscuits in the drive-through. The young woman assisting me, after I paid, asked me to pull around to the front and said they would run out the order in 3-4 minutes because the fries weren't quite done. Don't ever do as they request. Sit in that damn drive-through lane. I waited, very nicely and patiently, for 15 minutes and then went inside to get my order. They had nothing ready for me! They had forgotten my order. They told me, AGAIN, I would have to wait 2-3 minutes for the fries. Are you kidding me? The entire process of finally getting my food took nearly 30 minutes from the time I ordered!!! I've had ok service here on previous occasions (and I don't eat KFC often), but I'm afraid that this location is struggling with, perhaps, untrained personnel and lack of concern from management (because I asked, nicely, for a refund when I went inside to find my order forgotten only to have the young woman go into an interior office and ask someone, I assume the manager, if she could refund my money). Read moreI have to say, this WAS a good place for a quick yummy fambam dinner. The customer service and food has gone down terribly. Emily, the "manager," was working drive through, and we had asked the difference between the 18.19 meal and 27.19 meal... she stated the $27 meal was 12 chicken/3lrg sides with 6 biscuits.... go to the front..ends up being $43.55... so when I asked why the price increased, she stated she didn't know what was on the menu, the 12pc was $37. How are you a manager and don't know your own menu? We acknowledged the mistake and said it was fine, but that's not what she had told us... get home...all the sides were wrong. Called back - all they offered was to fix or return. So we returned the entire bag - Emily, the manager knew exactly why we were there, never apologized and only said "full return?" Which we said yes... gave her receipt and the bag of food. She came back out, gave us the return in cash, and walked away with an attitude. Needless to say- you should not have a manager that doesn't know customer service or their own menu at the place they work at. Thanks for our money back and El Pollo loco. Here we come!!
