I am not leaving a bad review but an honest one. I've gone to Walderos maybe 6 or 7 times. Every time I've gone I've had to wait over 30 minutes for two salads or sandwiches. The time management in the back is an issue for me. I dont even have to wait thay long for a three course meal down the steet. Out of the 6 or 7 times I've gone they they have been out of smoothies. I've ordered smoothies and after I've paid they've had to refund me because they find out they don't have the ingredients. Today we went for one sandwich, a salad and 2 smoothies. We waited over 30 minutes with our toddlers, they were fussy so I ended up leaving my husband behind to wait. When he got home he drank a smoothie and there were peices of plastic in the smoothie. We had bought them for our toddlers so we had to throw them out to be safe. The time management, inconsistency, and now plastic in the smoothies has me here leaving this review. The food is pretty good and would still recommend this place over fast food. But you need to have a lot of time, patience, and no expectations, if you choose to go. I unfortunately don't see myself supporting this restaurant more than once or twice a year after today. I've never had to write bad review for a local restaurant so this hard. I fully respect the owners and hopefully this review can help them...

Searching for a place to eat as we passed through Las Vegas NM we found the reviews on this place hard to pass by. We stopped in and discovered an absolute gem of a place - a 'hole in the wall' that provided us with the best lunch!! My husband had the All New Mexican burger and pronounced it to be the best he's ever had. We do not usually eat fries but couldn't not eat these ones because they were SO good!!

I had the Reese Bobbi’s Cobb Salad - it was very good and very filling. I loved the delicious blue cheese dressing.

We noted that some reviews complained about having to wait, and we observed a few folk coming and leaving cuz they didn't want to wait the 30-35mins. They do not know what they are missing. This is NOT a fast food joint. This is food made in house, made with obvious love and care and so worth any wait. A lot of folk were coming to pick up take out orders. There were a few tables inside - maybe could seat around a dozen all up. We definitely will be back next time we come back...

First time today eating at this place. I got the breakfast burrito and the waiter told me they ran out of tortillas AFTER we paid. So they gave me a plain bagel on the side (no cream cheese or butter was offered) my food came in a bowl, papitas were cooked but had too much green chili. On top of that, it said on their menu that it was a "fried egg" I got a sunny side up egg 🤢 I'm picky when it comes to my eggs. Runny eggs are gross! I more then likely won't eat here again. The waiter also didn't really help us ordering as far as drink sizes. We got one raspberry lemonade for the two of us and the cup was small.
