Burger King — Restaurant in Lathrop

I haven't visited this location in awhile, but it seems as though they have updated the inside decor and overall the store is very clean and it feels nice inside. I came here a little after 6am which was very refreshing because a lot of businesses still keep their dining rooms locked until later in the morning. This location is open 24 hours, the drive through is open 24 hours and then the dining room opens up at 6am. I would believe the dining room closes sometime later at night. I appreciated the attentive detail of the store manager and her employees. It seemed that they really care about their location and how it looks.

I ordered a double whopper with cheese and fries and a drink. Everything came out fresh and hot so that was excellent. I did notice this location had a fully functional Coca Cola freestyle machine. I have been to some locations where their drink machine is shut down and not working. If you are in the Lathrop area or just passing through on the highway I would highly recommend this...

I’d give a zero if there was an option. I came to Burger King between 1:45am and 1:55am (March 4th, 2022). I was at the drive through and I notice the menu screen was turned off. I told her it was off and she answered “I know…” and that’s it. I wasn’t sure what to order. She told me “that’s not my problem”; I told her I’m not sure what I want yet and needed a minute to look through the menu online ON MY PHONE since the menu screen wasn’t working. She continuously told me that it’s not her problem. I was frustrated. I just got off work after working a 15 hour shift. When I was finally ready to order, she then refused to take my order. I told her I’m ready to take my order. She said she can’t take my order that I have to go to the back of the line and say my order through the speakers. She then threatened to call the cops on me. I’m not expecting them to be “professional” but I definitely expected at least a level of respect as a...

It's ok. The last couple of times we went, they got our orders wrong in some capacity. The food was good. Even if it was not what we ordered so.... Whatever. The drive thru is inSANE. It too half an hour to get through 6 cars. I'll give it a while before I return.

Update: service has gotten WORSE somehow. Today was the last straw. That stinks because they are closer to my house for an easy meal. They got my order wrong three times in one visit. Staff is generally uncaring. Food is cold, messy and inaccurate. I've been pretty forgiving, due to covid, but this was it. I ordered a meal and finally, after going in and getting handed the wrong item 2 more times, I demanded a refund. I was pretty upset, because staff was talking like I wasn't there. the cook was rude too.. The only staff member who was of any help was the girl who gave me my refund. Everyone else seems like they do not not want...
