Horrible experience and service at this store. I purchase some boots on sunday here, the shoes was taken behind the counter by one of the girls because my size was not on the floor. Only tried one on, seemed fine so i purcheased them. The next day when i was trying them on with an outfit i spacifically brought to go with them i notice a hole in the center of the one i never took out the box. So i called and spoke with an employee(manager)right away and explained to him the situation. Said i can get a refund which normally they dont do because i was sold a defected shoe and theyre out of stock he would do it. The ladies (same one who sold me the shoe) at the counter accused me of wearing the shoes , refused my refund, called the "manager" on the phone and he said no too even when i offered to send him a picture of the shoes. These ladies were beyond nasty and i strongly believe i was sold a shoe that was prevously returned or removed from the floor because it was ripped. Not only did they not stop there but when i stepped out the door to make a phone call i was locked out the store and they refuse to open to give me my shoe back. The sign says they close at 8 and it was 20 mins to. I had to call the police and mall security to get my shoes back. Ive never in my life been treated so discustenly by a retail before. Consumers trust retails to sell them items that are in wearable condition, how can you sell someone something damage then refuse them a refund. I feel scamed and truley discussed by the service and treatment of this store. I plan on filing a compant with the mall and district and would not recommend this place or...

Owner is very rude in communicating that he does not accept tax exempt for other businesses. It is understandable but he doesn't leave it at that, he keeps going on and on talking rude about it. I understand businesses have their own way of handling their operations and I said it was fine, however, the owner has a serious attitude problem and lacks courtesy. He wants to argue in front of a full store of retail customers, that his business will not make any profit by offering a bulk discount along with tax exemption even though other wholesalers do it as a courtesy for B2B transactions. He kept going on and on that he's been in business for over 20 years. So what! Who cares? Well he must not value the rare bulk orders that may not come around too often. It's a shame because I was planning on becoming a repeat customer but with that horrible service I'll never step foot in that...

On January 5, 2020 This was my first time visiting the store. So, I called before I came all the way from homestead Florida. I was extremely happy because I knew the store would have the type of shoes I were looking for girls my wedding party of 12. As soon as we arrived I went in and asked the young lady about the shoes I was was looking for. She told me, just look around. In which I was totally fine with that. I then asked if I could use the restroom before I start shopping. She told me " No Restroom". SMH I was so disappointed with this and her response. I've drove well over an hour to get these ladies shoe an the store tells me No Restroom. This is so sad. This is a business an per county regulations you have to have a restroom.
