Nothing But Wings — Restaurant in Lauderhill

• PLEASEEE READD * ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️Let me start off by saying You shouldn’t work in a restaurant business if you don’t have proper customer service skills! The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I order 2 Wing combs for me and my husband it was around 4:00pm the first cashier told me the wait will be about 15 - 20 minutes after she repeatedly turned to talk to the person in kitchen about how she had something to do later that night.. I came back in for my order at 4:20 there was a new cashier a black male who had the worst look on his face who is serving PAYING CUSTOMERS no hellos how are you? How may I help you? NUN OF THAT! Just a WHAT YOU ORDERING😑 !! He finally walked to the pick up order side and asked what I ordered I told him my ticket number 143. He said it wasn’t ready yet then he proceeds to call ticket 150 and so forth 🤔 .. I’m guessing maybe it’s because I ordered two combos I lost track of time it’s now 5:30 !!!! He is calling order 160 and he never once tried to check on my order or telling me anything I had to come back and then he asked the kitchen guy who has on Headphones about my order 🥴 !! Then tells me they are going to make it now .. Like excuse me I was already here over an hour !! I waited 10 more minutes my food still wasn’t ready !! I kindly asked for a refund back and told him I have been here to long!! HE DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR MISTAKES HE DIDNT ASK THE KITCHEN HOW LONG WOULD THE ORDER BE !! HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO MAKE SURE A PAYING CUSTOMER WAS SATISFIED WITH THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I JUST RECEIVED! HE JUST SIMPLY GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND SLAMMED THE REGISTER CLOSED AND TOLD THE KITCHEN DONT EVEN MAKE THAT ORDER 😑 WORST CUSTOMER SEEN EVER !! This place shouldn’t be inside of the mall at all !! I wish there was a corporate I could call lots of changes should be made every Disappointing!! Psshhh but want everyone to support black business 🤔...

RUDE IGNORNANT WORKER!!@! Ym....this place has horrible customer service. When I visited the cashier was c hatting with friends and flirting in between orders. When I got my receipt, I could barely read it. The cashier said it is like that everyday. I later learned that they call numbers. I went to the counter and waited for my food. The cashier turns, does not make eye contact then proceeds to answer the phone. After she hung up, I told her my number.She looked at me and started helping the next customer in line. I waited then she asked for my number.I told her again and she made a comment in a negative tone that there are a lot of people waiting.A customer standing next to me said she did not know her number and I told her it was on the bottom of the receipt they just don't tell you .The cashier says to me you need to get out of here. You come in here all the time.( I don't.It was actually my 2nd visit). I asked for a refund.She gave it to me and gave the food to her friends snickering at the counter. I asked for her manager and she said they weren't there.RUDE IGNORANT...

Nasty. Ordered a sweet and spicy combo and a lemmon pepper combo as well. In the process of eating my food i smelt one of the wings and it smelled like dog WET DOG ... and my boyfriend said his lemon pepper wings smelled like dog too. I asked him to make sure it wasnt just my food. Ew it smelled so funny I immediately threw up. I went inside for a refund , which i received but had to fight for which shouldnt be. I respectfully walked up to the cashier trying to be respectful as i see other customers were present, she listened & took the food to the back . The cook came out on a rampage and asked me “How does this chicken smell like dog?” Like i have some sort of reason to lie. I opened it uo to were u can see the bone and let another customer smell it and she agreed. And he still didn’t want to refund me my money. Thank god for the cashier.. never eating here again.. when ppl cook ur food they have your life and health in their hands.. and that should never be taken lightly../smell ur meat before u bite...
