I hate to leave a 2 star, because the staff was extremely nice. Services was fantastic. However the place needs a deep cleaning and someone needs to walk thru and remove all old bakery items, expired looking items and rotten produce. Prices are on high end for some items and some items are reasonably priced. You can get better quality produce/bakery items at a Broward Meat/Sedano and more sanitary. . Double check all baked good, i alot of the breads/bakery items were old and had mold. I will say it's a perfect spot to get bottle back home seasoning, spices, curries, medicine and snacks(preserved fruits and chipschocolate) . Even religious items,inscents and candles . I would have loved given a better rating, but the place really need a good cleanling, especially the food items ,come on, at lease do a daily check and remove all the mold bread...

I make a trip down to this grocery store twice a year to stock up on authentic Caribbean ingredients. You can always find true Trinidad /Jamaican/ Guyanaese products. I usually have a list on rotation like golden ray, fresh pimento peppers, candied red cherries for my desserts, mauby, essences from chief brand products. They also sell pone, non alcoholic black cake, preserve plum and mango, spiced bun, freshly made breads, pepper sauce and all the childhood snacks you grew up with the Caribbean. In the frozen section you can find cooked pastelles, and seafood. They also have pigtail, smoke herring and salt fish at a great price.
