Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lauderhill

If I could of gave them a 0 star I would of they don’t deserve not even 1 star. I went through the drive thru around about 5:30 p.m. to order 2 / 3 piece tender combo and all I asked the girl at the window very NASTY employee (she had braids and a tattoo on her neck with black lettering which she needs To be FIRED ASAP for being SO RUDE she told me no I cannot give you that many I said to her do you want Me to pay for them than she slammed The window. What got me was that the car In front of me she gave her a full hand of difference sauces, mind you I had two orders of tender’s so I said can I please have 4-Keychup, Ranch and Sweet Heat. She slammed the drive thru window again Totally ignore me and than she came back and told me you need to move up to wait for your food and I said to her let me have your corporate number and she said we don’t have one and than I said let me speak to your manager she said we don’t have one. I told her I am not moving til you get me your manager so this other lady older lady With some sense came to the window and asked me how can she help me Really nice lady she gave me my food And was apologizing and the girl At the window goes to her you need To move and stop talking and she answer her back telling her hold On I am talking to the customerI believe her name Was Pauline short hair very nice lady. I will be calling...

I'm going to stop coming to this location and just go to sunrise because what we not about to do is keep playing with food I pay with using my hard earned money. Attitudes are constantly the worst. Never what you order is ready and your made to wait 25 mins even when I just ordered online. Trying to make me take all dark meat mild when I ordered spicy 5 piece mixed. Now I have to wait 25 mins because you don't have chicken ready that I ordered and I refused to take some old chicken you are trying to force me to take that's all dark and mild. If they got honey no hot sauce if they got hot sauce no honey. Like they don't even have condiments easily available for the guest. This location used to be one of my favorites but over the last year or so has quickly become the worst. As high as the prices are for chicken at Popeyes same chichen I could literally cook at home for cheaper the least I expect is good service and the correct order in a timely manner. But nope can't get that at the broward location but don't stop there run out of condiments to really make the consumer mad smh just pitiful strongly considering not coming back to this location. SIDE NOT MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES BRUSH THEY HAIR. YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE THEY JUST ROLLED OUT OF BED OR...

So..this is a fried chicken place...go to drive thru and order a 2 piece meal...the lady says that they only have spicy chicken and if I want regular (mild) I will have to wait 15 to 20 minutes...oh...I say...why is there no regular chicken...she snaps back...you will have to wait. So I say...never mind then...she says..YEAH RIGHT with a snappy tone and attitude. So my take on this:. This is the second time that I've been to this Popeyes. The last time I had a similar experience except on different type of food, the bottom line is the people there are not very customer service friendly and apparently management doesn't care about it either! If I was the manager or the owner of this place, I would see this as a sure way to lose money. Having employees like this, that do not care about the business is a sure way to bring the business to the ground. I will never support this business again! I generally do not like to put negative reviews but this one...
