My introduction to Cyrus came thru watching him work with a client. Their shared focus, bond, and intensity was apparent and immediately attracted my attention. There was an energy, discipline and dedication at play that brought the innate realization that I could benefit from this type of collaboration. It was what I've come to recognize as a "Yes!" moment, when everything about a situation testifies to the rightness of the decision to be made. That divine instinct has proven correct many times over since that day.

Cyrus is living, breathing testimony to the regimen, dietary lifestyle, and philosophy of health he embodies. He is a walking advertisement for his services. The whites of his eyes are incredibly clear, his skin is uncommonly smooth and unblemished; to top it all off, he is blessed with a frame that is at once supple, muscular, virtually fat free, and strong - the overall effect is one of "natural fitness." Just as important is Cyrus' integrity, honesty, sincerity and compassion for his clientele. On more than several occasions he has offered extra services for me simply because he intuited a need - for free.

I've found he supplies just the right amount of "push" when it's necessary and has an uncanny ability to assess my limits and up the intensity or amount of weight when it's called for. He is supportive in every way that matters. Selecting Cyrus for better overall health and fitness is the best choice I or anyone else could ever make.

Anyway, I wanted to add an insight or two. I'm stronger, more focused, eating healthier, and feeling much lighter, and as a result, much more positive about reaching my physical and dietary lifestyle goals.

Although I no longer have an issue with working out on my own, I find Cyrus the ultimate backup plan, for two reasons. First, I'm a lot less likely to miss my solo workout if I know I'll have to endure a session with Cyrus - dread is transformed to eagerness when I feel fit and strong and prepared for the optimal workout he presents; second, and more important, when you're determined to reach a goal, when your purpose and dedication are pure, sure, and sound, there is nothing more powerful than having another's will added to your own. I hate to say this since they were very nice/accomadating but I traveled about 2 hours on a bicycle because I was coming from out of state and didn't want to rent a car. I have been cleansing all year and not consuming any sugar dairy or anything concentrated. Since in FL I have been on a hunt for soursop (if you don't know the healing properties of that fruit, you better ask somebody)! I ordered soursop smoothies with sea moss ( real healthy). What i expected was not what I got. Now sure, it tasted "good" nice, and cold however, it DID NOT taste like natural soursop. It tasted like they use soursop liquid from concentrate that has added ingriedients that are counterproductive to my cleansing. I didn't want to call and verify because it would piss me off to know that I went all that way for something healthy and real and got a "waterdowned version", but seeing how i consume soursop on a normal basis AND sea moss, I think I got got. I came to FL for deeper healing, not to be thrown off of my game. I told the lady at the counter, no sugar or sweetner, she could have mentioned that the soursop isnt the actual soursop but bagged soursop. People who consume it often can tell the difference.
