Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

This is for each persons own personal accounts I go there regularly an have never seen the staff disrespectful to anybody an I’m not Haitain I’m Jamaican it’s ran by Haitains an they are very respectful to me an other people I have seen walked in they have never been disrespectful while I was there an I’m there regularly so I don’t understand these comments at all. The manager is this Haitain guy he’s not the most friendliest by far but he’s definitely not disrespectful never disrespectful to me an when I order from my phone he tries to tell his staff he’s waiting so they can get it to me in time ALOf different people come there to call the incompetent is just plain bs These have to be racist white people an I’m not letting non of them disrespect my people white people constantly find fault in black people even when they do nothing wrong these people don’t do anything incompetent this is Taco Bell this isn’t a space center let’s say they added a little more cheese than necessary to some peoples order that’s not a reason to call them incompetent they have millions of orders coming in something that small should not be that serious to give these people a 1 star sometimes they give me less beef than I wanted but I don’t go an make a big fuss out of that come on bruh it’s always these racist white people here tearing blk people down any time they want to make a living these guys are good people an I never saw them raise there voice to anybody in there I’m sure drive thru gets hectic so some of them might have some attitudes here an there with drive through customers but I use the dining room an form that experience no disrespectful behavior no bad mouthing customers none of it never seen it just reading these review make me sick these guys try hard to do there job there human of course some days will be agravating for them...

This is NOT a place of customer service. I just left this place around 9:10 p.m. (4/25/23). I sat in my vehicle and waited patiently to pull up to the intercom to place my order. It was pouring down raining hard. So I was not.sure IF, they could hear me say hello. The lady at the drive thru window never acknowledged or said be with you in a second.

So I drove up behind the next car. When I pulled up to the window I asked the associate could I place my order. She looks to the manager for an answer. The melanited lady with short blonde hair looks at me nonchalant and says no. Waved her hand like get back in line. When I pulled off the line was at least 6 cars awaiting to place orders

Can you please tell me how you have managers in place who does not fix a situation but, fans me off like I don't exist.

The sad part I only went their because my 73 year old mother asked me to.

I wish I could give it a ZERO star. Yet I have to put something to be able to leave a review.

You are in the business to make money. Having a manager in place like this will cost...

I was in the drive through simply asking the young lady a question about one of the menus, she had a very bad attitude and took it upon herself to walk outside of taco bells, to come point at the screen as if I could not read and told me, am I blind or something. I simply asked, why are you being so rude? I'm having a hard time seeing the screen and I asked you a question. And she said, if you can't see at night you shouldn't be driving, I should tell the police you can't see at night. I simply came here to get something to eat. I've had a long day. And it's ten twenty four p m, and this lady is rude.I will never come to this taco Bell again 😒 look at the camera, it's10:25pm. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to be disrespected by the manager. She slam the door on me and said taco bell don't give a shit about me and I can do whatever I want. This lady needs to be fired....
