Blatant Health Code Violations! Female COOK was seated out front, with a cut finger, wiping her plastic glove with a napkin, while holding it (the glove) down on her leg (for leverage), repeatedly, as if to dry it or something. Why not just get another one? It's not a Benz, it's a PLASTIC GLOVE. She saw me looking at her and KEPT doing it. If she is that unsanitary in customers' eye-view, imagine their practices, in the kitchen, where customers are not looking, and have no access to. When I said something, the young guy tried to justify it, saying, "She cut her hand, cutting vegetables." That's not my issue...The fact that they are SO penny-tight that they feel a need to have to inadequately use new plastic gloves, WITH a cut, is a problem...And the fact that you're wiping it off with a dirty looking napkin...NASTY. Don't eat here...I will he reporting it to the Health Department, Monday morning. And they DO NOT have their certificate to operate posted. I have pictures to back all I've posted about. I stumbled across this gem on the evening of the 4th of July. My mom was in the mood for seafood soup, and none of my main spots was open. So as I was at a stop light, I quickly googled the closest open spot, and China America Inn was the 1st in line. I didn't even know this place was a place! And it's close to home too!! It's not a party place, so table seating is limited, BUT the food is so good you will want to take it home and devour it in your own comfort where you can relax afterward. I ordered 2 seafood soups, general tso, and buffalo wings. The man who took my order was super nice and informative about other options available. My mom LOVES the seafood soup!! the general tso was fantastic, well cooked and not hard, just like I want it. The wings were very flavorful as well. Thank you for making my mom happy!! They charge .50 extra if your food is under 10.00 dollars. There's a handwritten sign but not along the counter where I picked up my food. I ordered by phone and this was not mentioned. Not until my food was ready and I proceeded to pay was I advised of this policy. A young man who took my order earlier also raised his voice at my child for touching a plant. However, I observed a group of people with their kids around the same age slammed the neon sign against the window... In return they got fortune cookies and a smile. Two different ethnicities.

I've seen some businesses charge 5 or 6.00 minimum.. But 10.00?

I chose to pay the extra .50 and not get angry for the child worker's tone towards my son.
