I called and ordered my food to go. I was quoted 25 minutes but it took about 40. It’s a smaller place but it took longer only because everything was made FRESH! This was my first time trying a number of the traditional African dishes so I didn’t really know what to expect.

The pounded yam with goat meat was really good! Some of the goat meat was more tender than others, though.

The mixed okra was overcooked all around so it was not my favorite. It’s nice to know that you can specify any meats you’d like though. I didn’t specify, so it was a surprise. I didn’t realize meat came in it at all, originally. But again, I’ve never had this type of food before so I didn’t know what to expect.

The wings (i think mango jerk) were sooo delicious! I’d definitely recommend those!
