Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Laurel

Extremely disappointed in the conditions of Chuck E. Cheese an the staff. You have to ask the employees to get up from the booth so you can buy something or just come in the door or try to leave on at least 6 occasions and we were only there for 90 minutes . Also it is a joke the check in check out process they said take a selfie of your family but didn’t care that the picture the kids face is not facing at all. Also there was only one other family there an of three people the only game my child likes is the one with clown you throw ball in mouth or any where you throw the ball in something and both of those games were blocked for it to be sanitized but when asked about it they didn’t feel like turning it on right now so then we left took the food we ordered in Togo stuff an went to play ground poor kid was bored . When we were up by the prizes of course no employees on the booth open to all is a box of tacks scissors and stuff the employees were using many hours prior I never seen anyone touch the table once in 90 minutes. Also on the banister was a hammer my child who is two actually grabbed off the table before I could grab his hand . That is how I first found out about it thinking benefit of doubt I will see maybe it was only for a minute they would clean it up and never did ever . I have...

I know I shouldn't expect fine dining at chuckecheese. But 50 minutes for pizza and appetizers is a bit egregious. The food menu is designed to be simple and fast. I think the owners/management of this establishment could use some training as it is very clear this place has zero leadership or maybe they are overwhelmed because of poor organization. All of the employees I witnessed with the exception of one cashier were walking around aimlessly with no care in the world. I wish they would see exactly how much money they are losing. Think about it for a minute. If I had ordered a pizza and everyone in my party ate it all and wanted more. What are your chances of me ordering again after waiting nearly an hour for the first pizza? Zero. No chance.

Also next time I come I will make sure to eat somewhere else before coming so I dont have to wait this long for mediocre food. This is another loss of revenue for the business.

I hope the owners read this and look into getting some help. There are a ton of groups on Facebook for restaurant owners...there are even coaching companies/consulting firms to help with training owners / managers to become better leaders.

I took my daughter here one day and we played pirates hook and I ended up getting the bonus the little lobster at the bottom that gives you 150 tickets. At the end of the game it didnt give me the tickets not even 40 tickets. When I called for assistance, I believe the supervisor or manager took a look and he said well if you did get it then it should have gave you the tickets because theres nothing wrong with the machine. Like seriously why would I lie over tickets?! Its not like i wanted them it was for my 2 year old daughter. For the fact that he basically accused me of lying i should give this place a 1 star. Also the 2nd time i came i was standing in line to get soda waiting for this lady to finish and this kid employee just gets right in front of me no excuse me or sorry and just starts getting ice. Seriously this place is so rude and unprofessional. We only come here because my daughter loves chuckie cheese..but some of the employees are a joke! Have better customer service or get...
