Me and my family have been regular customers ever since this business opened. Today we had one of the worst experiences today. We ordered normally, order came out not as expected ordered with milk but came just ginger with water. We asked to exchange for one with milk they gave us a horrid attitude and just added water with milk. Then, we said this is terrible and because of the two horrible drinks they made I asked for a different one as an exchange. They said it wasn’t possible although we’ve done it countless amount of times due to horrible makings of drinks. We said we’re not paying so both workers gave more attitudes and actually through a cloth at the kitchen counter and was huffing at us. Then he offered to pay which I found rude. Overall the Aditude and atmosphere was horrible. I am probably going to switch to kung fu tea or kokke tea as at least our family get respect. Short version: This place is horrible and you will likely get sick if you go here. The quality is terrible and the workers have no idea how to do their job.

Long version: The quality is inconsistent at this location. I usually like GangCha but whoever owns this location is either not hiring good workers or they just don’t train them properly. I ordered a slush with pudding and it was so watered down and had a horrible metallic taste like they used water from a broom closet mop bucket sink. They also filled half the cup with pudding and had to poor half of the slush in another cup. I couldn’t believe they still offered me the drink and didn’t just remake it? The workers also creepily laughed when they handed me the order which was unsettling. I also got very sick right after drinking some of the slush I ordered so be careful if you risk it and go here. This place either needs to get a new manager or just close...

Im a bit mixed after my first time going today. There were 3 employees making drinks and no one tending to customers. Maybe that's how this location works? Having to use the kiosk was pretty cool but it did make me feel rushed becauseof line that forms. Its mostly clean besides a few wrappers left behind by customers (you should really clean up after ypurself as a customer) it seems clean behind counter, they have a nice music selection, Great tea selection, the decor is pretty, free wifi. It took about 7 minutes to get my drink, i thought i saw my drink be put on the counter but the person didnt call my number, someone else did about a minute later. It seems some customers weren't happy with their drinks, but for me, it was worth the wait. The peach tea has the perfect sweetness and was very refreshing, will be back...
