Placed my order at the drive-thru. Enunciated clearly and concisely twice. Got to the window and paid but wondered why the cost was not that much so I aaked the young lady to repeat my order. Yep, you guessed it, an order was missing. No big deal at this point...easy fix at the window.

So once I got home and checked the food there was onions and pickles in my salad that I clearly stated I did not want. I stated salad mix and cheese only. I also asked for no onions or weiner on a chili dog, but it had onions all over it. I called and told them and they said they would remake the order. So I drove the 10 miles back to the location grabbed a fresh salad and chilli dog which I was apologized to and assured were correct. Get home after another 10 miles and the order was full of onions again.

Tried to call in a to-go order today (Sundy). Phone just rang and ang & finally it asked me to enter my pass code. The line menu show open 7-days a week. I got chicken liver plate, with salad, Cole slaw and fries. My niece had a burger and fries. The plates were full. No skimping at all. The livers were perfectly cooked. Just the right crunch and softness. Just the right amount of seasoning. My nieces burger was great. The fries were delicious and so was the slaw.
