Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

If there would have been negative stars i would have given it a minus rating. On Feb 16th i went to the store , i am a regular customer , i asked for 1 cappuccino with Sugar , a Sausage Egg and cheese(croissant with sausage) + turkey sausage egg and cheese + hashbrowns :

1st attempt : i got Sausage Egg and cheese(croissant) with no sausage + half cooked hashbrows + cappuccino(no sugar)

2nd attempt: turkey sausage egg and cheese + a Sausage Egg and cheese(croissant without sausage).

3rd attempt : I mentioned that there is no sausage with the croissant and the attendant told me that it doesn't come with one. I also asked for a receipt which i forgotten to take and she just didnt even reply back and left the counter. I did offer to pay for the sausage , she replied she needs to check with the manager .....really even when i am paying ???

This is worst kind of service and i have ever seen on a Dunkin. They refused give me receipt for what i had paid , this is my...

Completely disrespectful staff, I made a mobile order and sent my daughter to pick up, the order was incomplete I call them. she ask me to go back with the receipt as she did not remember those items to be in my order, my daughter went back, she looked at the receipt and told my daughter they didn’t have the items. Did not offer a refund or another option, my daughter ask her for a solution and her response was. “Just go back to your mom” I called back and she just said “its not my problem you don’t have the time to come to the store” asked for her name, and her response was “ I’m very busy, and hung...

I ordered ahead on the app so I can just pick up my order and go. By the time I got there 10 minutes later, I only saw an iced coffee on the receipt with my name on it even though I ordered a hot coffee so they already messed up my order. The breakfast sandwich and the donut I ordered weren’t even ready yet.

10 minutes later, the employee finally finished making my sandwich and gave me the donut but the sandwich was cold even though I watched him make it fresh. The donut did not look as fresh as they normally do and had indentations and cracks...
