The signs are dusty, they need to clean them. I wonder how many times I’ve said the food is good and dust probably falls from the sign that they clearly don’t clean. Second of all I don’t wanna sound racist or sound like I’m discriminating, but the Japanese people who worked here have always obliged and seek customer satisfaction. Now there’s only Spanish people working and some of them aren’t even trained and don’t understand what one is trying to tell them! I always buy my chicken teriyaki with chicken and shrimp, and I add extra chicken and shrimp. I pay around $18. Some of the servers know how much chicken to add when one requests extra chicken. They scoop up the chicken two times with the long turners. BUT IVE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM BECAUSE lately there’s this one guy I don’t like because the first time he attended me and my husband I told him that he didn’t give us extra chicken. He stood there looking at us confused like if we had grown a third head or sumn. So the lady who rang us up came and asked what’s up and we informed her he didn’t give us the extra chicken. She looked at the plate and even she nodded her head and told him to add extra chicken. Today at around 4:20 PM she wasn’t there so I had no one to back me up, and I even asked him “you sure this is extra chicken?” He nodded his head. I was a fool because I know they normally give me two scoops of chicken and I only seen one, I should’ve said something right then and there, but today there were only guys. And none of them have worked there for a long time. Keep in mind: I go there like at least once or twice a week, so I’ve seen different faces. Again, I was there when Japanese people first worked! And they served everything with the right amount. It’s the reason I always go there. But lately I’m starting to think, is it even worth it? My and my husband are just so disappointed. Their competitions serve more meat than them now. They gotta train their employees serving portions. Because one is paying close to $20 for extra chicken and shrimp, and I’m basically getting ripped off! I could go to a restaurant and get three pieces of meat. Like what’s...
Read moreI placed my order on 3/12/23 and after paying the rude woman at the cash register mumbles something from under her mask, between her mask and the background noise from the food court I could not understand her question, when I pointed at my ears and her mask she just gave me a rude defiant stare and made no attempt to repeat her question. The woman next to me had to tell me what she said because she just went through the same thing!! White or brown rice was what she was asking. Then the guy who scoops the food on the tray was also rude, he throws the food up on the counter and rudely points his spatula at you to pick it up. I will not be returning to Sarku, the is a Chinese food place right next to it where they know how to treat paying customers...
Read moreI have never been to this spot (Quaker bridge Mall food court upstairs). The female worker they have at the register is extremely rude ( during lunch hours only female). And she makes the experience service very upsetting, almost to the point you wanna say give me my money the hell back. The guys working are friendly and accommodating. The food is good but the workday shift woman is horrible and I would've went to Master Wok under different circumstances. I wasn't the I only one thinking she shady so just be mindful who you spend...
