Graham's Pizza — Restaurant in Lawrence

Tonight we came in and ordered bread sticks and 2 Lasagna dinners. We ordered our drinks and bread sticks. Received the bread sticks and they was doughy, had to wait forever for our order to be taken, while dealing with children running freely in the place and being loud, the waitress didn't say anything to the parents, then our order finally got taken then another couples order taken right after ours, took FOREVER to get the Lasagna and the cheese on top was burned, the cheese on the sides was cold and hard and it was dry. The couple beside us order came right after ours was served. So that told us ours had sat waiting on the other order to come up as well.Then we never got asked if we needed anything and there was a refill needed, finally after being ignored I got up and got the refill myself. Tonight was to busy for one waitress and as we sit here and watch everyone orders being, they have were served quicker and gotten their food quicker than we did. We wasn't offered a discount on our order or anything. When we went up front to pay we wasn't asked if everything was okay or anything. Walked in the door at 4:18pm ordered my food and paid for it @ 4:20 pm. Young lady took my money told me it would be 15-20 min to get my food. I said fine, thinking it was me and another customer in there eating already figured wouldn't take long at all. I a 20min time span i watched 2 sandwiches come out of that kitchen with 2 girls working back there. At the 20 min mark one young lady slowly began making one of the 2 pizzas i ordered. I asked if those were mine and they said yes. I showed some disgust wondering what was taking so long cause you can watch what is happening in the kitchen. Someone said Ill get the owner and he came out to talk to me and had attitude the entire time. I asked why is it that my order is just now getting made when all that came out in the 20 min time span was 2 sandwiches. He acted like I had no reason to ask. Total Attitude and an ass. I have always been about buying from small local business, but I can tell you that this man does not care about customer service at all. He should take a page from the kids that work for him. They were very nice and apologetic. I would not go here. Take your hard earned money to someone that will...

This is what I got last night 8:30 pm.. I didn't check it because for the last 5 or 6 years I've never gotten a bad pizza. The pizza was burnt, but I didn't realize how bad it would taste like that..I eat 2 and a half slices of pizza before I realized the burn was just too much and tossed it in the trash. I brought the pizza back the next day to show the representative along with pictures and with a very nasty attitude she said "well you eat half the pizza" it was 3 slices of late night pizza I just got off work and was starving. I understand telling me you can't give full refund but to be turned away in that fashion was a horrible experience and I will Never return. I buy in average 2 pizzas a week.
