First time at this location. Went through drive thru. A little annoyed the menu on the screen doesnt describe the foods like how the menu is when you go inside the Salem location...took a chance and ordered the grilled salmon power bowl, they had me park behind another car at the line and they hand carry your order to your window.. first guy that came up to me gave me salmon toast...i yelled out the window when i realized it was the wrong order "hey!!! I ordered salmon bowl!!"...guy walks away mumbling something under his breath, he clearly looks annoyed...now I'm starting to think I should have asked for a receipt, I have nothing to show if someone comes up to me with something else... few minutes pass and another guy hands me "sauteed salmon"....I said "I ordered the grilled salmon", he looks at the ticket on the bag, I look at the ticket on the bag, and I'm like "sure. Okay" I took the bag reluctantly realizing more than likely this was my order and the person who took it over the drive through just made a mistake...i opened up the bowl and you can tell it was just clearly thrown together in a rush, it was very messy....looked like mush....I took a bite of a little peice of salmon and it was sooo dry, very overcooked and oily...I took a forkful of what was underneath the spinach and it was bland pasta, was not expecting pasta at all, more like quinoa or rice or some kind of grain like their other bowls....dipped the pasta in the warm tahini that was piled in the middle of the bowl and I was even more disappointed...tasted like cooked Hummus, Yuck!!....I don't know if it's because there were so many cars parked behind each other waiting in line for their orders to be taken to them but now I'm starting to wonder if maybe the guy entered sauteed instead of grilled because it was just faster to make and it wasnt a mistake at all since this location doesn't look prepared or organized enough to do fast food service...
I'll come back one last time since this is the closest location to where I live but if it still sucks I'll just take the drive to Salem from now on... that place...

Read morePros: Drive through is quick and they are very nice. Cons: The people working inside do not seem as nice. They don’t have their drink menu listed anywhere inside like the others - it’s a bit confusing/disorienting ordering coffee/lattes, and they seem inpatient and bothered, even though these items aren’t listed. Also, I know they’re just trying to work with the space provided to them - but not having a walkway around to the back outdoor area doesn’t really make sense and could have easily been built in. I live in the area, but honestly, I’ll drive 20 minutes to the Chelmsford or Salem one to sit in a comfortable atmosphere with friendlier staff, less confusion, and a better space.
Edit** changed from 3 to 4 stars because of how great the drive through is, and there seems to be some...
