Oh where to begin. I'll make this short: this store made me ashamed to be an AT&T customer. I've long extolled the the benefits of AT&T services over Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile etc.
My family & I arrived in-store on a Sunday morning. First, perhaps 1/8 of the displays had products out, none of which were charged or operational. As I work in a customer service and sales-driven environment, this is the perfect way NOT to entice potential customers.
Now, onto the "associates." We stood awkwardly in need of assistance for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged or told that there was no way to sign in. While we waited looking like monkeys doing math problems (cellular intelligence is not my thing), at least 2 other potential customers arrived and left just as abruptly. Eventually, another associate arrived from somewhere in the back area of the store inquiring, "oh you all need help?" No, no. I just like to have coffee at AT&T each Sunday morning and look at empty display shelves.
As we were in need of a phone transfer, they told us they could not do that and that we would need to go to an Apple store. In fact, we called prior to trekking over and were told this was possible to do in-store and have done so at different AT&T locations on at least two other occasions that I can recall. (apologies for that run-on sentence)
In summation, I'd say this is one of the worst customer service experiences in my time as an AT&T customer. The owner/operator of this location should take a hard look at his staff and the "service" they offer.

Read moreMy Samsung A52G screen went black. I went to this store before they opened. They opened and there was only 1 person there working. I showed the guy my phone he said there's nothing they can do to fix it. I need a new phone. I told him I want a phone as good as or better than the A52G. He showed me the A15G. I asked, thats the as good as or better than the A52G? He said yes, thats the one you want. I bought it and soon realized the guy lied to me. He sold me a piece of junk. The phone is much slower and the camera is not as good as the A52G. I had problems with ttxts and taking pics since I bought it. I went to the store in the Peabody mall. They explained to me, the A15G is no where near the speed or quality of the A52G. I had to buy another phone. i bought the S24+ by calling AT&T. Don't waste your time going to the store in North Andover. they'll sell you junk. I'd like the owner there to respond and tell me he's going to give me my money back for the phone, screen protector, and case. All of which I bought there.
Update 2/19/25 I was contacted by email that someone would follow up with me. No one has...
Read moreRam fixes everything. He is a magician. I drove 30 minutes out of my way today just to see him because about a month ago he placed a screen protector on my phone perfectly (and that is hard to do these days, for some reason). I have been having an issue that has not been resolved for almost a month now, and no one could seem to help, in my local store, over customer service on the phone, or through the loyalty dept. However, within minutes Ram fixed everything. Now, I just hope I spelled his name correctly. If you have a problem with anything AT&T related, go see Ram at the North Andover location (usually, unless he’s out helping other stores and training their employees). Thank you, Ram. You deserve a raise and a long...
