Eating at Sable is an all-around A+ experience. The restaurant is small, with a carefully designed interior that complements the farm-to-table menu. We chose the chef's table, which is a prix-fixe, five course meal with two wine pairings - all chosen by the chef - and could not be happier with our decosion. The dishes were creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The menu is constantly changing with seasonal availability of produce, so each visit will be a new experience.

I ordered a wine to pair with the entrees we ordered only to have the entire plan fall to pieces when both of our entrees were declared unavailable halfway through the meal. If the waitstaff had been attentive they probably would have sold another bottle of wine despite the food debacle. As a table, we each got a different dish and had only great things to say. I know I will be trying the duck next time! The owner took the time to tell us his restaurant’s story and was very kind. The staff were very attentive. One of my friends has several food restrictions, and the restaurant was able to adjust the dishes accordingly.
