
We arrived and tried to open the door, Friday. There was No sign to announce drive thru only. As a handicapped person, it would have been respectful to have a sign, that stated the dining room was closed at lunchtime, so I didn't have to leave the car . We ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich and an Arby's classic with lettuce tomato and mayo. We paid the kind employee, was given our purchase and drove to a parking spot to eat. The beef and cheddar was perfect. Remember the commercial "Where's the beef?"? The classic was opened with the correct condiments and vegetables but absolutely Zero meat. By this time, the drive thru line is into the roadway. My husband walked to interrupt the drive thru line for the beef addition. Absolutely frustrating. We normally take things in stride. However our entire visit was annoying. Hope at least, that a sign is posted if the drive thru is the only ordering option and hope no one else has to return asking...
Read moreThey are ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS out of roast beef on Friday and Saturday's. It has happened to me the last three (3) times in a row. Sucks when you are waiting in the drive thru for like 20 minutes (every time) and then get to order and they say "Sorry, we are out of roast beef." What?!?!? I didn't get anything all three (3) times....I just drove off. They at least should have someone stay outside and mention it to the cars in line waiting so if that is what the customer wants is roast beef and you all are out, then have some one tell the cars waiting in line forever to order and then that way they can have the option to drive off and not just sit in line for 20 minutes all just to get to order and find out they are out of roast beef! It is a big time annoyance and pisses yah off a bit. Come on! Order more...
Read moreIt’s sad to say this because we are regulars at this restaurant. My husband loves their breakfast. This morning my husband was running a bit later than usually but still stopped because it wasn’t 1030 yet as this is when breakfast is over. He arrives in the drive thru at the speaker at 1020 still within breakfast hours and was invited by 3 employees hanging out the front door one being the manager named Brandi smoking cigarettes yelling breakfast is over- no how can I help you none of this!!! I call and ask for the corporate phone number as I have called in given more good reviews than bad.... I was given the wrong phone number by the manager!
