I had the most horrible experience that any consumer should ever have. I wasn't having luck with the Domino's website loading correctly/ quickly (data towers, IYKYK). I was in front of the restaurant and decided to go in. The guy that was at the counter asked if I was picking up an order, and I "tried" to explain I wanted to place an order but couldn't find the deal I wanted online. He quite rudely said he wasn't able to help me with anything I was doing online. I said I just had a question if he could help by answering it, to which he responded okay. I said, I'm trying to order the "2 or more for $6.99" but can't seem to find it pointing to my phone. With raised voice he said, he was not able to help me with anything online and that includes looking at the phone (that showed the website). I said I wanted to place an order inside but can't find the offer I was asking about, and that's why I was looking online. He told me he could give me the 6.99 item price if I have the coupon code, but he can't help me. He left to the back of the store where he rudely left me standing, and didn't even try to take my order.

Read moreI was astonished at how poor the customer service was at this location. I made my order online and scheduled a pickup time for an hour after my order was placed. When I arrived, my order was not ready. Seeing they were busy, I didn't mind waiting. Kyle, the girl making pizzas was horribly rude to her coworkers. She was yelling and cursing at them. At one point, she yelled at the younger gentlemen about giving a pizza to the wrong customer. He asked for the pizza back and set it on the shelf. She realized she had made a mistake and the pizza went to the correct customer. She never offered an apology to the customer or her coworker. She also made rude comments about the phone ringing and said "they can all just quit calling and go somewhere else." Her rude behavior and attitude continued throughout my entire wait. I also noticed she was handling phones, pizza boxes, and trash without ever washing her hands or wearing gloves to make a new pizza. She caused a major hostile work environment, and a very uncomfortable experience for customers. I will say the food was delicious. But, I will no longer support this location until they get managers who know how to respect...
Read moreTo be honest I spent. Around $ 40 for two large pizzas and 2 2 liters. Plus delivery. Which I think is completely nuts. Wow. But needless to say I honestly thought it was blanned tasteless and it had a weird taste to it. It wasn’t worth $40 bucks at all. I thought dominos did a complete overhaul of their pizzas not to long ago. On a side note. I don’t really understand the $5-6 delivery charge anymore. Delivery used to be free way back. Then yes gas got really high years ago. So I understand why a charge back a couple of years ago. But for real gas has been decent for a minute now around 2.75 to 3 bucks. But also not sure why it has to be a one size fits all charge. I mean I live less the 2 miles from the store a yet I have to pay the same amount as someone farther out.
