Wendy's — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

I usually don't like to give anyone two stars but on this particular day this restaurant has definitely earned its take. I and a customer my job is to pay you for goods and services it is the job of the restaurant to help me make these purchases. I understand it was busy at the time but I clearly needed help placing my order under the bundle meals and I was making compromises with the food I was ordering to fit these standards. But the cashier simply got tired of me and rush me on through. This is our favorite restaurant due to the taste of the hamburgers they actually taste real I'm not steak meat but when they gets busy they forget things like my 50 piece chicken nugget that I called about the next day because it was closing time and they just looked at me like I was lying of course I got a hold of corporate and now we're working on two weeks and I still haven't got my money back or my chicken nuggets and all I want is the chicken nuggets! They also treat you like criminals when you go to try to use a coupon here at the one in Lawrenceburg Indiana that is and of course I never tried to use one again I just tried to stick with the app and that's it other than that most of the employees are great management...

Do NOT order too close to the opening time. I have done so within an hour of opening twice. Both orders were chicken sandwiches. Both orders were also seriously under cooked. The first time they gave me a refund and said that the grill hadn't been completely ready. The second was a to go order. I don't care how close it is to opening time you DO NOT serve chicken that is still pink. I knew the second I took a bite that something was seriously wrong. If the grill is not ready, which it should be by opening, you TELL THE CUSTOMER they will have to wait. OR you could be like this Wendy's and just serve it half raw.
