Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg

My 2nd time ordering at this location. I order the same thing every time, no matter the location ( Pacific Veggie), because I just can't believe that Columbia is the ONLY location that can get this recipe and bake right. This location has a great upgrades inside and the space and look is cool. The staff wasn't very welcoming. Maybe it was just that night. I tried to engage in basic cordial customer service you know like soft skills, still nothing. Well, I mean, I was the only customer in there at the register besides 1 person waiting at a table. Maybe that was it. The pizza quality: I always order hand tossed but for some reason the crust is always thin. Could someone tell me how to order the crust so it's NOT thin? They say about 20 minutes and I get there in 25 pizzas are ready, GREAT. I look at them and they look so old and dry. I think well maybe it's me. I get home not too far away. Try a slice and nope it's dry/ Crust was dry and thin but flavorful/ Onions and peppers were so big I chocked a few times/ Pizzas taste like they were missing a few major ingredients. This Pizza if and when prepared RIGHT is Amazing. I just don't understand why I don't get at least the good one. I'm not even looking for Amazing just good. Will I return, of course because I believe everyday is a new chance to get it RIGHT. It was my sons 16th birthday and they messed up his dinner. We had family over ready for dinner and cake did an online order at like 1130 to have it ready for 545 we didnt get it til 555 or so and finally get home get ready to hand out food and one of the pizzas was wrong. My son and a few other kids only eat cheese pizza the reason I ordered 2 of each. Well we got one cheese and 3 pepperoni. I called the store at 614 to tell them and that it was my sons birthday. I asked if they could deliver it so I wouldn't have to leave the family again to pick up pizza. She said well we will get it there when we can. We rarely (less than once per year) eat inside Domino's, but we order delivery from their website often. The website is very user friendly. They've semi recently added a tip option to their check out process which we appreciate. We don't keep cash on hand for the delivery driver. You can track your pizza cooking process with an estimated time of arrival on their website and get text updates to know when they'll arrive.

Our pizzas are always exactly right. The delivery drivers are always on time & friendly.
