KFC — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg

I don't know what has happened to this location because it used to be really good, but the last few months every time we've ordered some of the food is left out and some is inedible. We've finally learned to pull over and make sure we have everything before we leave because more times than not part of our sides are missing and sometimes even whole meals. The wings are usually good and most of the time the chicken is good but several times I've paid extra for white meat and was given dark meat which most of us won't eat. The tenders are nothing like they used to be. The last ones I got were not much larger than a Mcnugget and tasted like they had been reheated more than once. I had to throw them away because they were disgusting. I also ordered a meal that was posted on their sign as a special and referred to the sign and price when I ordered but was charged $2 more for it and when I pointed it out to the cashier she had to have someone else help her fix it. The woman who came to fix it was very rude, shoved $2 at me and griped that now the register was going to be off for the night. I wanted to tell her she still owed me the tax on the $2, but she was already mad enough, so I decided against it...lol My advice is don't advertise specials if you don't want people...

Went thru drive thru for my order. Got 12 pc tender meal... sides coleslaw x2 mashed potatoes gravy. Got home and they forgot potatoes. Called they did not offer an apology.. or coupon or even a dang cookie. I explained with gas prices the way they are ( i live about 10 miles away) I feel they should have offer something .All she offered was to put my name down and next time im in towb i coul pick up. i get it partial my fault should have checked bags . I drive back to get potatoes go thru drive thru they ask me to come in. I go inside thinking maybe the manager would give me an apology... NOPE WRONG I never saw manager just a kid at register.. She looked at receipt got potatoes and gravy handed them to me.... IVE WORKED IN fast food i get it. BUT COME ON KFC YOU...

I went inside the store to order. I ordered a chicken box dinner, a liver box dinner,and a chicken kids meal. I only got chicken and fries in the chicken dinner box, only liver in the liver dinner box, and they didn't give my daughter her milk with her kids meal. I went in the manager came to the front line I let her know the mess up. She was not happy about fixing my order. She acted like I was a complete inconvenience. How dare I come in and ask her to fix my order lol. Anyways the food was horrible livers and chicken were dried out, and chewy, fries were cold. I now remember why I don't go to KFC at...
