Break Coffee's new downtown Lawrenceville location is a standout, offering exceptional coffee that sets the bar for the area. Their brews are truly remarkable.
We tried a decaf cappuccino and a chai latte with chocolate syrup. The coffee was a delight - well-balanced and full-bodied, with delightful notes of chocolate, honey, and nuts. It was so good that even my girlfriend, who typically doesn't enjoy coffee, found it appealing. The chai latte was equally impressive, bursting with flavor and featuring a subtle yet enticing spicy undertone.
The ambiance at this location is both soothing and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for either a leisurely chat with friends or a productive work session.
The staff deserve special mention for their expertise and friendly demeanor. Their knowledge and pleasant conversation add significantly to the overall experience.

Read moreI’ve been to Break since the very beginning, 5 years and counting! Both the Duluth and the Lawrenceville locations are fantastic. We love the coffee, obviously(best in Gwinnett! I reaffirmed my desire for the scone at room temp. He grabbed a smaller one from the cabinet, I asked for the one I had chosen. He seemed put out, I had to leave my seated area and show him, again, my choice.
He grabbed it, bagged it and thrust it at me. No words, no “hey sorry about that”, just an attitude.
In a world of many, many coffee shops, perhaps an adjustment would be reasonable.
Another reason for not tipping BEFORE, the service has been performed. How do I get...
