Horrible- We are locals and typically we've had pleasant experiences, but not this time. Friday night my family of 5 visted Johnny's for dinner. A young hostess seated us at a booth that was dirty and she placed our menus in a stack at the edge of table and returned to her station. As we stood there for about a minute a tall, slim, african american young man finally came to our rescue and seated us at a table near the kitchen. He apologized and immediately took our drink orders. When he returned with the drinks he dropped the entire pepsi cup on the table and everyone in the booth was soaked, so was my husbands cell phone. We all jumped up and moved a 3rd time to the table behind us. The waiter began cleaning the spill with rags. As we waited for him to return to us he kept cleaning. Then he brought out a mop and bucket (the dirty mop almost hit my son in the face because he was carrying it in the air.) At this point we decided to leave because he had not yet apologized or returned to our table to finish our order at the least. This all took 20 mins and we left still hungry and now wet. We heard employees whispering about the incident, but while exiting not a single person asked "what happened" or even...
Read moreWOW, is all I can say. I'm a regular here, all the bartenders and a lot of the staff knows me. The large salads have been getting lighter and lighter. Today I ordered a large pizza with a large salad. When I got home I realized the bartender TY put a SMALL's amount of lettuce in the large container. I went back because 10 dollars for a salad is a lot of money. Especially when it's not large.. I went back to get it fixed and was met with 0 customer service and nothing but arguing with me. Ty said, "I've been here for 10 years, this is how the salads come out". I said I buy a salad every time I'm here and it's never been this small. He continued to argue with me about the lettuce and gave me an even smaller salad. Again I didn't notice until I got home. If the owner would like to call me please do, I'd be happy to go over the lack of customer service Ty possesses. Ty' s attitude and lack of any customer service ability is the exact reason I'll never be back. He seems inconvenced to even be there and clearly is incompetent when it comes to handling any sort of problems that arise. I'll visit this store minimum once a week.
RIP Johnny's on...
Read moreIf you love Blue pie in the sky pizza, you will love Johnny's. The reason why I started eating pizza was because when I was little I was infatuated with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I had all their merchandise, combs, toothbrush, school bag, games, movies, cartoons, and Michelangelo was my favorite turtle. I realized I one thing was missing, PIZZA, when I traveled to London for a visit. I was at Liverpool st with my mother. But prior to that my mother just bought a Nintendo 64 console for me at Selfridges...OOH that was exciting. McDonald's was there, KFC was there also but lord and behold PizzaHut was right in front of me. I my mind I said, " Hell no am going for pizza with or without you mom" am only 8 yeah right. I fell in love with pizza that day that I ate the whole large box now keep in mind the large box now is the extra large back then. From there as I got older, I found Papa JOHN'S, Mello mushroom, Fellini's which is so so, but I hear a lot about New York pizza every where. So I decided to give it a shot. They are good 👍 the best way to eat Johnny's pizza is to roll it like tortillas cause the pizza is loose. Give it a shot you...
