I went here this morning and this place is just OKAY.. staff was sweet but not ever knowledgeable , I was 2 girls up front and as soon as I walked in they let me know all the blenders were down but that was okay because I wanted an açaí bowl.. One girl let me know that they didn’t have kiwi for the açaí bowl so I asked if I could replace it with another fruit and she said yes . I asked if the peach were fresh and one girl say yes and the other girl said no …gives side eye the one who said know said they came from cans so I asked the same about the pineapples and they both said the pineapples were fresh … * give side eye again* so I asked for the replacement pineapples. The initial presentation of the bowl could have been better ! The pineapple were not fresh pineapples, nor the strawberry and I can’t tell with the blueberries …. The only thing I know forsure was fresh was the bananas .. They could use a better quality of granola .. Overall … the bowl was just okay . Read more🚨 What I do NOT like is when you pay with your card the tip you think is going to the workers making the smoothies is not. It goes to “pay” tor the machine or in someone’s greedy pocket. As someone who used to work in the restaurant world for a while I think this is super unfair. 🚨

I’ve heard this from a couple people already about them not getting the tips from people using their cards.
I always make sure I have cash for the workers to tip. They actually make the smoothies & do a great job.

And the employee making the smoothies is handling her cell phone and the register without warning her hands. Train your employees to WASH THEIR HANDS if they handle ANYTHING other than food!!
