Don’t come here WORST experience of my life. Jennie ruined my hair, first off she said she could definitely do it and it would take about 4 hours. I got there at 11am and left at 8pm. She burnt off all my hair and charged me $300 my hair was horrible i will not be able to recover from this, more than half of my hair is GONE with really heavy damage and split ends and i’ve been loosing hair like crazy and it wasn’t AT ALL the color i asked for. I still paid but the transaction was pending so she didn’t let me leave.I was left crying the whole time because of my hair as i wait a couple minutes for someone to come and pay in cash, she SNATCHES my phone as i walk to my friend to grab the cash thinking im going to run off without paying. She did not care at all about my feelings and was aggressive with an attitude while i cried, other customers even tried to comfort me. I was in a hurry and stopped to get my hair done at a competitor, I wore a hat for a week, I couldn't believe how botched my hair was (I was out of town). I couldn't wait to get home to fix my hair, but when I got home all the salons I regularly go to were closed. I saw the open sign here, thank God I did! It was near closing time, Summer agreed to help me, y'all my hair was green and old worn out red color and yellow bleach job. I had a bob cut from the 70s, that stylist was blow drying my hair under, All I could do was cry on my husbands shoulder. Summer worked on my hair long after closing, she looked at hairstyles with me so we could find a style that that I liked, she took her time to do my hair right, we talked about everything under the 🌞, I felt like an old friend. I selected this place due to its walk-in availability, as all the nearby salons were closed on Sundays. My request was a simple one: a hair trim and some curtain bangs, nothing too extravagant. However, I left with an uneven haircut and what the hairdresser deemed as "layering," resembled a broom-like appearance. This left me in tears, and I ended up paying $40 for it. If you care about your hair cut or are willing to spend a bit more, I would recommend exploring other options. The staff here was genuinely kind, but the hairstylist who worked on my hair seemed to lack experience.
