I have consistently received bad food and service from this location. After a long break from going there, I unfortunately tried it again today. First, let me start out by saying nobody in the establishment spoke English. I’m pretty sure the only language spoken was Arabic. It was very difficult to communicate how I wanted my food prepared. I could not understand what they were saying, because they spoke no English. The lady just kept gesturing. I got my burrito to go , and some nachos for my wife. When I got home with my steak burrito, the steak tasted just awful in it. I had to throw it away. I hope I do not get food poisoning from the portion I ate. It tasted really bad. It seemed as if none of the other employees spoke English either they were all speaking and some foreign language, it sounded like Arabic to each other. And all of them seemed very rude towards me. One of more of the employees had a strong body odor that filled the room. I will never be back to this location.

I think of myself as a very nice person; I try to be anyway. I never leave reviews for fear of harming a business because at the end of the day, it's just someone trying to make a buck and succeed. With that said, the Homewrecker burrito with Adobe chicken was the worst burrito I've had at any Moe's since 2008. I had to spit out 5 pieces because they were legit nasty; the meat was terrible. I know I could have paid $1 more for white meat, but not doing that shouldn't be a ticket to a terrible meal with terrible meat. The Adobe chicken was not cooked enough and to be honest, I wondered if I was eating chicken throughout. I'm genuinely concerned if how the meal will settle in my stomach. So, all that said, I hope they can solve the issue and begin to meet the "Moe's Standard". Until then, I'll be traveling down the road, up the road, miles away, if I want to have a Homewrecker Burrito.

Honestly, I have never seen darker grilled chicken thats covered in some type of oil the way moes does theirs. I’ve visited many tex-mex places but this is one my very least favorites. First, where else do they cut quesadillas in parallel lines? Second, for the love of god serve some pure grilled chicken! Third, A simple chicken and cheese quesadilla had more oil in it than my v8 Benz engine! Finally, someone need to teach these guys how to optimize the amount of food on display because it was dead inside and instead of the food being optimal and fresh it was just sitting there out in the open soggy and decaying. I will only come back if Moes undergoes some serious changes. No wonder the Chipotle opened across the street and is killing them.

DON’T GO HERE! I will not be back to this Moe’s location. Unfortunately, I’ve had a couple of bad customer service experiences at this Moe’s location. Each time it just feels and looks like the employees hate working there and don’t want customers to be there.

Now usually, when a restaurant says they close at 8pm, that usually means they close at 8pm. I came in at 7:25pm, wanting to eat real quick, and get out of there before closing. As I sat down at an open table with my meal, I was yelled at from across the restaurant by an employee in front of all the other customers and employees, that this location was only doing take-out. Didn’t catch her name, but she had red hair, seemed like a manager of some kind. Embarrassed, I politely said okay and asked if there was anywhere that advised their customers that this was a take-out only Moe’s. She said yes there was a sign on the door when I walked in, but then took back what she said about this being a take-out only Moe’s, and told me that it’s actually turns into a take-out restaurant an hour before closing. I told her that’s good to know. As I packed up my meal and walked out, I looked on the door she was referring to and there was no sign saying anything about this made up policy she was enforcing and claiming was posted. Seemed like she just wanted all customers out of there so she could go home at 8pm on the dot.

So to recap: I was yelled at, lied to, disrespected, shamed and embarrassed in front of an entire restaurant, and hurried out the door so that rude and entitled employees could go home and not deal with these customers that keep walking in their doors, ruining their night. That’s what was communicated to me at least.

My advice for this location is if you want to be just a take out restaurant, more power to you, but actually post that outside and take out the chairs and tables that give it that dine-in feel. And maybe don’t shame customers if they thinks they can eat at a restaurant with chairs and tables displayed. Terrible customer service always saddens me, especially at my favorite chain restaurant.

If you’re ever in this area looking for a great burrito coupled with great service, drive past this Moe’s and eat at Willy’s 2 doors down. A much better, respectful option (They even let you eat inside their...

I’ve been coming to Moe’s for over 8 years now and I’m sad to say today will be the last time I visit. The food is normally okay, but there’s one issue that doesn’t sit well with me: water cups.

Yes, the water cups. I always get water at fast food restaurants because I do not drink soda. Instead of being handed a normal sized, durable cup, I’m given a kid sized flimsy cup that literally folded in half and gushed water when trying to attach the lid. Oh, at least they stock lids for the water cups now, right? Before, you had to leave while trying to perform a balancing act to not spill the water without a lid. To make things worse, I even asked one of the store associates for a normal sized regular cup and was told he would have to charge me for a fountain drink to use the cup. Really?

Yes, this is a lengthy review about a cup but there is a bigger picture. This is just a way for restaurants to force you into buying overpriced fountain drinks. I am not a child I should not be handed a kid’s meal cup. I can finish this sized cup before leaving the store.

Fortunately for me this location is next to a Willy’s Mexicana...

Absolutely the worst Moe’s experience I have ever had. So bad that this is probably the first time I have ever left a review about anything. I usually will read other reviews and should have before I decided to eat here. Just moved back to the area and was excited to be close to a Moe’s but I will never come back to this store. I couldn’t agree more with some of the other reviews. No welcome to Moe’s or even a hello just what do you want. No personality or southern hospitality whatsoever and when I said give me a minute the lady just turned and walked away. Then when I was ready she ignored me for several minutes while looking at her phone. After she made my food and I was trying to pay she never said one word and kept starring at her phone the whole time. The tables were disgusting and nothing looked clean. Also another customer walked out during her order because they kept speaking Spanish to each other about her and not listening to her. I should have left as well the chips were stale and burrito...
