Something here has changed. There are a few kind and friendly employees but also some that have anger issues. I deliberated if I would make a remark. I ordered a burger today and only wanted the bacon on it with BBQ sauce. It was loaded down with onions and pickles. I had someone with me take it back, I'm disabled and walking is painful right now. She said the cook acted ticked off about the whole ordeal. She showed them the ticket to make sure it was ordered that way, it was. So he wasn't to thrilled. Here's the bad part. He took the sandwich and removed the onions and pickles, wrapped it back up in the same wrapper. I tried to eat it but the onion was so pungent that it made me feel ill. I had to get milk and asked if it was protocol to make mistake orders resent like that. She was the sweetest person ever. I really didn't care to talk to managers because let's face it, majority of them act like their employees do no wrong. Not this manager. He was very kind and wanted to make another burger for me. I was really hesitant about the situation, because I almost died from food poisoning in 2019. Was in hospital for a whole month and this made me nervous. When he came back, he said he remade the burger and threw in some fries. He said that is not the way he expected his employees to prepare customer food. He insisted on me getting the replacement food. The onion smell is still on my hands, and even after multiple washes and lemon. Read moreMatt helped us. Younger kid. Bad attitude. Was not present while taking my order. Kept asking me what I said due to his being turned around talking the entire time to the other guys working. Apparently they are out of everything to make a shake with. I asked for banana. He came back and told me they don't have banana. How about vanilla? I declined. Asked for strawberry. Nope. Don't have that either. So I walked up to look at my options. Asked if a certain flavor would be good as a shake. He said "probably a small". I let him know I'll just take a drink cup. When our order number was called, I let the gentleman know who appears to be the responsible party to shift that Matt is a rude. He didn't seem to know who he was. Asked what I said again. I said he's a jerk. He asked what he was doing, I said being an a hole. He said he was going to talk to him. Seeing as how he didn't know who the kid on his shift was, I find it odd he all the sudden would know who to talk to. The place is also a mess. They could use the energy they are wasting behind the counter in the dining area. It's nasty.
Also. I asked for jalapenos. I had to take all but 6 off my burger....
Read moreNot sure what the deal is, they used to be halfway decent. Tried to go through the drive through yesterday, pulled into the inner lane, was the only car in the drive thru. Sat for a minute or so they didn’t say anything. Someone pulls into the outside lane, they immediately get to start ordering. Okay whatever, I think they just saw people there and started with them first, no big deal. Nope, I sit there as the other car pulls forward and wait patiently, nothing. Another car to the other lane, immediately gets helped. After the third car I’m assuming maybe the speaker is busted and they don’t know. So I pull around and we go inside, no one in there just employees. Wait patiently for several more minutes, again not even being acknowledged before we finally just left because we had somewhere else we needed to be.
