Tried to give this place a second chance… they still have the same hygiene issues. Last time I was here on a Wednesday the employee at the counter was licking their fingers after spilling the drink they were making for me. They then tried to hand me my order with the same hand they were licking 🤢

If the owner sees this, please have a serious talk with your employees. I’m having to tell quite a few friends and family not to order here anymore. What a shame 🫩

EDIT: In response to the aggressive and negative response from the NEGLECTFUL owner of this business, I will go out of my way to take pictures of the next time I enter this location. I will also seek more options of reporting the owner and the restaurant to the proper inspectors that need to be notified. I assure you, I will make this difficult for you. You made your choice on how you wanted to handle the grotesque behaviors of your employees. I treated your employees well and gave them a tip despite their actions. I look forward to our interactions in the future.

I went in and ordered a drink that I know that I like the lady making the drink put some different type of sprinkles in my drink that were not made in there before. I told her I don’t like it and that is a texture thing and instead of Amanda allowing them to remake it she told me that I need to pay for another drink. I told her the first lady who made it did not put this in there so why should I have to pay for another drink because I got my drink and it wasn’t made that way. Amanda tells me “ this is my company and we don’t remake drinks but you can buy them”. I’m like sounds like an error on your part because why would everybody add different things to the drink. Everybody should be making the drinks the same is what I told her . She told me I could pay for another drink, but she wasn’t remaking it. I will not be going back to this location. Horrible, horrible...

I don't normally leave reviews but I really felt it was needed this time. The brunette working today was extremely rude. This was my second encounter with her and both times she has had the same bad attitude. Tone of voice and even rolled her eyes a few times as I was asking questions. My normal place was already closed for the day otherwise I would have gone there. Extremely disappointed with the service I received from this place and at a complete loss for words as I have never encountered such rude behavior especially in a nutrition club! Sadly, I will never go back there nor will...
