Unlike other reviewers, I've never had an issue with the service at this Taco Bell. Folks tend to be friendly and I haven't experienced issues with my order.
What I've noticed lately is a sharp increase in pricing. A month ago a chicken burrito on the value menu would run you $2. Now the same burrito is $2.50. Last week the last thing on the menu for $1 was the cheesy bean and rice burrito. This week that same burrito is $1.50. A 50% price hike in a week? What is the management thinking?
Taco Bell has always existed as my go to value restaurant for years, especially to refuel after a workout. Now I'll have to look elsewhere since owners believe massive price increases over short periods is a valid business strategy. I'd recommend researching your customer cohort. We ordered potato burritos and they completely left out the meat! When we got the burritos, they were very tiny and thin. We thought that maybe they simply didn’t stuff it, but once bitten into, it was a mouth full of sour cream! No meat at all and about 2 small potato wedges!
They also do a poor job at packaging and distinguishing their foods. A burrito looks the same on the outside as other burritos. We could not identify which burritos were which and had to resort to tearing open the burritos to figure out which it was. It made it difficult to account for all the burritos and we ended up being cheated out of 2 burritos.
When we were given our food in the drive-thru, they also left out a lot of our meal, so we had to stay put and try to get their attention through the window to remind them to check our receipt because they did not give...
