My granddaughter was student of the month at Eisenhower elementary second grader. She received numerous certificates from different restaurants around town, Texas Roadhouse, Teds, and Firero Pizza. (To name a few) No one else made us feel like we.lbWeren't welcome there!? We were like we were trying to put something over on them!" The manager in the picture is the one who took care of me personally. The 1st word She said to me is I can't accept this! it's not filled out. I responded, "Oh, did you need me to feel something out?" She responded NO!!! It was for a junior hamburger in recognition of excellence. Very bad form how we retreated over a junior hamburger, to which if you look at the receipt. I upgraded because I wanted her to have fries and a drink. when I asked the manager if she could have a kid's meal and I paid the. Difference or whatever it takes, but I wanted her to have fries and a drink! As we sat in the dining room from 4:08 to 4:24 without the Burger! sitting there with the manager looking over at us! My Granddaughter finished her Dr Pepper shake when they finally brought the cold burger. I asked if she could have a cup of ice water. They had no ketchup, so they brought spicy ketchup to the table with an apology. My granddaughter asked if she could have barbecue sauce instead to dip her fries, and she was told no. It would cost you 65 cents! Where is the human decency and customer service? Have we lost all care for each other? my granddaughter, instead of excited to redeem her reward it was shadowed with...
Read moreI had been in the ER all night with my very sick 3 year old. As we were getting discharged he asked for Whataburger biscuits and gravy so I rushed to put in an order and send my family to to grab it while we left the hospital. In my rush to get the order in, I accidentally picked the wrong Whataburger. By the time my family and the manager Lanetta figured out what happened it was well past breakfast time, but that didn’t stop her from taking our order and making our breakfast anyway. After a long night in the hospital and a sick hungry 3 year old, Lanetta’s kindness was a blessing. She even wrote a note on our receipt that said I hope your day gets better. I know that it was a super big hassle to make our order, especially because I’m the one that made the mistake, but she didn’t hesitate and I’ll forever be thankful for her gesture of kindness. It might just be biscuits and gravy, but that meal made a super sick baby really happy. Thank you again, Lanetta! You and your team are incredible! -from an overly exhausted, but super...
Read moreThis was my first Whataburger experience. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful with their knowledge of the food. Our questions were answered immediately, without having to wait on the cashier to ask someone else. The operation seemed to be efficient. There was not a lengthy wait, and out food was brought to the table. The burgers were correctly made to order, and tasted great. Usually, you’ll always hear someone returning to have their order corrected, but I never heard that once during my 30 minute visit. The only error I incurred, was the to-go order. I ordered the chocolate chunk cookie, and a lemon pie. I received the correct cookie, but opened an apple pie. I like apple pie, and it was very good, but I love lemon. Other than the lack of self serve condiments, like mustard and ketchup, etc, that’s about as derogatory of a comment as I can manage. Great job...
