Came in on a hot summer day and the A/C was barely going. The girl at the register kept having to walk away because the boy that was supposed to be taking orders for the window kept walking off and left her to go back and forth. The manager was no where in site then. The girl clearly was exhausted and still gave us the best customer service she could, apologizing for not having fries and mushrooms. We ordered our food and halfway through waiting on our food, the girl told us they were out of feta cheese and then when finally brought out, they forgot to add the chicken to the salad. We watched as we ate how the girl had to come out and apologize to numerous customers for a multitude of things including waiting forever for the food while the cooks clearly stood around in the back constantly looking into the lobby area. The manager showed up a few times to take orders and apologize half heartedly to customers, still leaving the poor cashier girl to run everything to the lobby and make excuses and apologies in his place. They are clearly understaffed and with how sluggish and unenthusiastic the manager was, I can see why. The lobby was a mess with crumbs and food on tables and seats/chairs. I understand this is because they are understaffed but clearly there is a reason why. We usually have no complaints when eating here but today really took the cake. The girl clearly need a raise or should offer her amazing skills at a place that will clearly value her skills since this place doesn’t. The food however was good once it was finally complete and totally...
Read moreFirst I would like to say the menu is similar to Raisin Canes but NOTHING like it in flavor, I ended up getting the 5 & 5 meal regular sauce and a strawberry shake through the drive through. Having been told how good and quick this place is the bar was set high, the drive through line was fairly quick at 14 minutes from being backed up to almost the street, the setup was similar to chik fil a with staff in the parking lot taking orders to cars and not having to wait to use the speaker. When I got home to try the food let me tell you, Im not usually a traditional wings person as its hard to find a good traditional wing, the first bite and I knew this was going to be good, by the time I moved onto the breaded chicken strips I was left wanting more of the traditional which left me a little upset that I was left with these strips, they were good, but nothing to write home about, light breading juicy not dry but lacked the craving of wanting more, the bed of fries that came in the box were nothing special, just fries that lacked flavor. The meal came with a little mason jar of strawberry cheese cake which was a nice treat at the end and branded glass jar that you can keep and use for other things. All in all id say it was pretty good, I would definitely come back to...
Read moreWent today and ate in with my husband. The food was good and the place is very clean. My one and only complaint is the lack of communication. I got two kids orders to go. My youngest son has an egg allergy but can eat it baked into things, but not in the raw form or in gravy mixes. I looked online before even asking about allergens and didn’t see any info. I asked the lady at the counter if you knew if the gravy had egg. She said “I’m not sure!” She didn’t offer to find out and that was that. She brought me my to go order when it was ready and then I asked if there’s anyway to find out bc my son would really to have gravy with his meal. She said “It is premade!” I understand It is premade, but there has to be an ingredient list on the package. It doesn’t take much effort to walk into the kitchen ask a cook or someone. She asked the manager and he says “I don’t think it does!”
If you were busy, I’d get it. It wasn’t busy, and a little bit of effort can go along way. How hard is it to look at an ingredient label? So many people have allergies, you’d think they’d care a...
