Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lawton

This is my first time visiting any Jimmy John's. I went in the store with my family to grab some dinner. We walked in, it was not busy at all (great!) We were met by our cashier to take our order (Micaiah) he seemed rather annoyed that we where coming in, he didn't greet us or anything, all we got was a "Next!" I would also like to add, that he was leisurely leaning on the counter next to him almost as if he was almost laying down on it while having 2 headphones in his ears. He took our order and we started to ask him questions about the menu and out options, we still continues to act annoyed and upset that we are even there in the first place, he was talking very fast and rushing us and was of no help. We finally finish ordering and wait for our food, my wife pointed out that no one was wearing hair nets or hats and maybe perhaps gloves while preparing our order. We got our food in a timely manner, and we brought it home, my wife's order was literally bone dry (just meat, cheese and bread) despite asking the cashier for everything on the sandwich. My daughter's sandwich was without extra mustard or lettuce, despite he asking for these items. I'm not normally one to complain, but I felt that with the price we paid for 3 sandwiches, we should at least receive our orders right...

Very disrespectful employees in there. They messed up my order and then accused me of trying to get a free sandwich. Their employees were very unprofessional and tried to make a YouTube scene out of the situation. Police got called.. they lied and said they voided my ticket and that I demanded cash from the till. Why would I do that when they simply owed me a sandwich they didn't put in the bag in the first place? This whole situation was uncalled for and unfortunate since I do enjoy the sandwiches. To treat customers the way the "management" did there speaks volumes as to the character of the people they hire. Some of those employees were polite and quiet and did not get involved. Some of them though were lying and possibly trying to steal from the register by printing fake tickets.

I complained...

Very disappointed my favorite sandwich shop can not get it together. I have called 4/5 times since last week and they still claim to have NO ONE who can deliver food. Yet they have 3-4 people hanging out in the store... If you only have one delivery driver and multiple crazy different stories when you try to explain why you don't have one then maybe its time to start pulling some applications and getting in employees who can help keep the facility running. As many people who got laid off from covid im sure their are some people who would truly appreciate having a job who can help out even if its momentarily. Its one thing if people are calling out ex. But stop with all these crazy lies on one person who isnt even there to defend...
