McDonald's — Restaurant in Lawton

Restaurant #3056 30 S Sheridan. 9 PM Wednesday 10/25/17 I went into this store expecting to get good service and got everyone's backs to the counter. I waited to see if anyone would turn around ( about 5 min ). There was a young man wiping down the area inside the counter area in front of me. He looked right at me and didn't ask me if he could help me. I notice a manager in front of me also with her back to me. She didn't turn around to acknowledge I was there either. This place wasn't busy either. So I cleared my throat to see if they would turn around and after a brief short time a young lady finely ask if She could help me I said yes, then she asked the young man that was cleaning to help me. He took my order and I asked for sandwiches only and a large drink. He took my money and walked off without giving me a large cup. So I ask a lady if I could get a large cup she gave it to me. Then finally the Manager turned around and said to me it will take 7 minutes to cook and asked if I still wanted them (Artisan chicken breast sandwiches) I told her of course. I waited I don't even know how long for my sandwiches to come. Way past the time she said, they finally came. Then the young lady that put my order off to someone else asked me if I needed any sauses, I said 4 please she gave me 3 container. This isn't the first time service was terrible the McDonald's on Gore and 67th street is the same way. Service now a days is terrible! This needs to change!!! Please do something about this. Recently I just visited McDonald's and I just have the worst experience of my life with an HR Manager their name German. He was very rude very disrespectful did not want to help with anything I wanted to speak with corporate and get the corporate manager he took probably over an hour to come back with a piece of paper saying that he didn't have it that they will contact us and to leave my number I would like to know if anybody knows how to get in touch with corporate so I can report him so nobody else has to go through that. I also have a 16 year old daughter working there she was threatened by a manager and he also didn't want to fix that issue and brushed it off like it was nothing. So if you have young babies working at McDonald's please beware of managers like German there and Tiffany they're not well very rude and very unprofessional they like to smoke by the doors as customers are coming in it's just not safe or sanitary the workers at the register have dirty shirts put their hands on top of cups with no lids. Please beware and nobody has to be treated like that or talked to like that get names and report...

Just 15 minutes before 12 noon I pull up to the drive through. Having enjoy a good day a very dull, unpleasant voice comes through the speakers. Not letting such negativity empact me I politely made my order only to be told that "reminder the soda machine was down." So naturally I asked what other beverages are available. After the female drive through personnel answered in the same uninterested, dull and blah tone and manner as if she didn't want to be bothered. I than quickly asked to confirm that there would be no upcharge on my beverage since the soda machine was down. Mind you, there was no sign or any indication at all that their soda machine was inoperative before placing an order. She in fact corrected me and said that there will be an upcharge faulting customers. I then decided to take my business elsewhere. This will definitely be my LAST visit at this location.
