🕺💨🦸💢💥 They brought our order to us at a nearby numbered parking spot. Generally, they'll instruct you to pull the vehicle on through after handing you your beverages and purchase order receipt. Well painted numbered parking spots easily to notice designated for drive through/call in orders. They'll bring your food shortly after, they let you check the items at your discretion and always ask if you need anything more before completing and finalizing your visit. You may remain parked and enjoy the food there, or leave the location. Just make sure to look both ways and be keenly aware of your surroundings when reversing, especially on a busy weekend night; always high volume of business. 💯/💯 🙃🤗

Offer plenty of every condiment; napkins, utensils, seasonings and sauces with purchase orders which is great. Everything is fresh, no red-lamp warming hot hold area stacked with the lunch hour & post lunch hour time frame in mind (McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC, Churches Chicken, etc.). Your going to wait longer unfortunately, but that is the exchange trade for hot, juice fresh cooked, high end food. So if your on a time budget and in a hurry I'd recommend planning to add time to your schedule or routine, especially around high volume high traffic times and days!🙃

If you should order separate meals they bag them individually, and insert each individual bag with above said items. Usual a receipt stapled to each item as well. Damn good customer service and wonderful, professional polite demeanors even when a staff member wasn't have the best of mornings she still scored extremely high on the eye, hi, goodbye type customer engagement greeting procedure ratings; to me and my co-worker, and I'm sure many others thank you. We will revisit this location...

Just went through the drivethru. The manager working the 12 pm shift Saturday November 09 shift was extremely rude when I had to come inside and have our order corrected. We were told to wait in the parking lot amd never received our order. We ordered two kids meals, a what a burger, and a salad. They put two burgers in a bag, forgot the kids chicken tenders and cookies. The manager took the bag and said loudly to her employees "you have to bag kids meals separately because the customer doesn't think she got the right food". Then she proceeded to grab two cookies and the chicken tenders from the fryer area, because they weren't in the bag. I didn't have the items she claimed I had. I was also given the wrong salad. When she handed me the bag I said the order was wrong and I didn't appreciate being treated that way because I wanted the items we paid for. I wasn't wrong that we were missing four items. I still didn't get the dressing for my salad or correct salad. I wasn't rude when I went in asking for the order to be corrected. I didn't raise my voice. Don't blame me for a wrong order when I don't work there. The order was wrong and it was missing four items. Don't treat customers like garbage when they're not being rude and just wanting the correct order. I will not bring my business back to this location. The other location in Lawton is much friendlier and we've never had...

The food was good as usual, but one of the employees, despite being (assumedly) a team lead and more than twice my age, is one of the most immature people I've ever seen working at a restaurant.

An older black lady in a gray shirt, who I assume is a Team Lead, was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I showed her my phone with my order to try to let them know that this was the order I was picking up for myself, she went off and called me disrespectful and rude for "shoving my phone in her face" even though it wasn't even remotely close to her face. She then left to go to the back without helping me

Later on when the food was brought over and I was checking one of the drinks that's been sitting on the online order counter to make sure it was mine since my drink and the drink I was checking was a medium diet coke, she snatched it out of my hand and threw it in the trash and then told me off.

Extremely rude thing to do to take something out of someone's hand and toss it in the trash and then lecture them. I feel very sorry for the employees who have to work with this woman with very limited mental maturity.

Not planning on coming back since the employees seem to be allowed to be rude to customers and not control their anger like...
