Careful** if you look VERY good and check out their stuff and tell them about it.. There is no lowering the price for damages on their stuff. I tried getting a washer and they didn't clean it out, it was dirty. it still had curly private hairs in it and soap was still caked inside on the middle and inside up on top. I asked if they was going to clean it b4 they brought it... he said it was already cleaned out. That they clean them b4 it comes on the floor. I showed him the what I was looking at and he rolled his eyes and he said yes, we'll clean it and deliver it the next day. So we give him 2 weeks worth money. (they don't have 1st week free or buy 2 weeks and get 1 free anymore) Next day we called at 11am to see when they would be delivering.. They said as soon as we can we are busy with other deliverys. We said ok just making sure y'all didn't forget about us. We called at 4:00pm.. That person didn't know we called earlier but they was busy and than they said sorry we can't do business with you and that we can come Monday to pick up our money. They didn't have time to clean the washer. ** Its because I asked them two things clean the washer and can they deliver the next day. Wow what...

I didn't get the bunk beds I originally paid for and I was told they'll deliver them the next day they brought them 3 days later at 10pm pouring rain outside my husband had to put the beds up himself and when I missed a payment they come beating on my door at 9:30pm scared my kids and left a note on my door threatening me with felony charges and called my job lying like they was the police and told my manager that if she didn't put me on the phone she would face felony charges then called bk the next day pretending to be my husband I told them that my 11 month old nephew died and I had to got to Arkansas for the funeral they said well give us our beds with no remorse I would never do business with them ever again and won't be sending no one else...

These people will badger you for payment.If the payment is late I could understand it.But on the day it’s due?!?!Ans overly sensitive to what you say.They take your words totally out of context.Guess they’ve been burned so much they feel that way.Dont waste your time or money at rent 1st.To many other stores to do business with that really appreciate it when people make payments as they should.Unlike rent 1st who feel threatened at the thought that your payment won’t be made unless you’re beating down there door when they open with money in...
