Sometimes the service is a little undesirable. But hey if you had to serve as many people in one day as they do, how do you think you would feel. But all and all they are pretty friendly. The meatball sub is to die for. I love it when they pile on the toppings I ask for... Umm black olives and jalapenos, and parmesan cheese. Umm I can't get enough, man I just made myself hungry talking about a meatball sub. I am about to head down to my local Subway and get one now. I can't resist it. Just the thought of a Italian herb and cheese bread lightly toasted, with pepper jack cheese, and lots of meatballs, topped with black olives, and jalapenos, and parmesan cheese. Man it's the best, my mouth is watering right now, got to finish this post. And just as soon as I'm done I'm going to grab me my meatball sub. And it's after lunch hour so there shouldn't be a line. But normally when I go in there is never a long line, and if there is it goes pretty fast, so hurry hurry hurry with my post. My stomach is growling and I just have to fly down and get that meatball sub... Umm meatball sub... Umm... Sorry guys for rambling but I can't stop thinking of that meatball sub. Read moreOn 11/17/22 at approximately 7pm my friend and I visited this location. Two staff members were present. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. However, the lady was very unfriendly and completely uninterested in providing good customer service. Aside from her generally rude disposition, upon asking for avocado, she shook her head and rudely replied, "That's gonna cost extra." The whole interaction with her was cringeworthy. She needs to change her attitude or perhaps not work in customer service.
Also, this location will not give you a free water. They charge you $2.49 for a fountain drink. My friend just wanted a water because he was feeling dehydrated. Combined we spent over $30 on this visit - it isn't like we were trying to be cheap.
And the CC terminal suggests an 18% tip? Are you kidding? I left a tip intended for the gentleman who also helped us. I should have handed it to him in cash. That lady deserved nothing. And the franchise owner needs to knock it off being a tight cheapskate with the water. You are ridiculous.
I won't ever be back.

Read moreSince moving back to this side of town this is the one I now frequent. Far as being a subway if you been to one you've been to them all. This one doesn't have any upstanding qualities or features, building or restaurant wise but the staff is adequate. They do what they can but are also not upset or thrown off by the regular customer requests. Just out of certain ingredients at times but that isn't anyones fault. Also if you're making special requests be sure to try and make them flashy on the note section of the app. They've missed a few of my notes I left, so if they could just be a little more attentive to that, that would be a great plus. Hasn't been a inconvenience since the last couple of times I've used the app. I will say i was late picking up a order because of work once but they were cool about getting it to me when I got there, so got a good team just keep up the good work and stay on...
