Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Layton

Went to this location Friday Jan 17, I had forgotten my lunch so I decided to take myself out. I order my coffee and sandwich. I get my coffee pretty quick, then the girl called out my sandwich. I stand up to get it and an another lady walked over and took the sandwich. So I assume it's her sandwich, I ended up waiting 25 minutes thinking my sandwich is next. Finally I am realizing i am late to work if I don't leave soon so I go up and talk to the girl. She says that lady stole your sandwich and it was ready like 15mins ago. At this point I have to leave so I ask for a refund because I am late to work. The girl at the desk says no one knows how to do that. But she took my number and said she would give it to her manager and have her call me. That manager never called, when I called them they said they didn't have a manager today. So now I guess I get to just pay for some other lady to eat my sandwich. I think your employees at this location need more help and training. I love beans and brews so I am pretty bummed this happened. I probably won't be returning to...

Let me start by saying is used to be dedicated to Beans and Brew and would recommend it to anyone who would listen. Not now.

Today I stopped by to get a drink and noticed they have removed all pricing from their signs. That seems strange.. Are you trying to rip people off? Why be so deceptive? Second there is a sign that says we accept cash but prefer card or BB app. Is this so your staff can force us to pay a tip with that fancy machine they shove in our face out the window? Do you not pay your staff well enough that you force us to pay a tip on a ridiculously over priced drink?

I ordered three drinks for $16.00 but have no clue how much each was because they didn't give me a receipt.

I don't know who took over the brand or management of your company but they are doing an awful job. I plan to let everyone how terrible you are...

Beans & Brews once was a great company, last year we ordered specifically OATMILK due to our son's milk allergy, and somehow they still gave us dairy, after our boy went to the ER to get that taken care of, corporate promised to make sure every location must repeat the order back to you to ensure that does not happen. Well still did not change, this year it happened again! How do you get Oatmilk wrong? Finally we came to this location since it was the only shop around and we've never been there, well again they did not repeat the order back to me, and still were about to give OUR SON DAIRY!
